The property was clean, close to Harbour Town, the beach, restaurants etc. The owners were great at letting us check in a little earlier as our flight had arrived in before check in time. They had left a bottle of wine for our arrival which was a lovely touch.Everything inside was as pictured and spacious enough for a family of 3 or 4.The kitchen was well appointed, there were minimal towels, 1 bath towel per person which was a little sparse.Only negative is this is supposed to be a pet free home. The owners feed a cat that pretty much lives at the property. We have a child with a cat allergy so it was frustrating that it was either sat on the seat on the deck ( which our son couldn’t come on the deck with us) or waiting by the front door to get in. This was a real negative for us and frankly very annoying. We had a week of allergy medicine and dodging a cat, that had we had prior knowledge of we wouldn’t have chosen this property.
