"We will certainly never stay here again. If this was mine, I would've been horrified to have allowed this to happen. I own 2 long term rentals and I keep them in tip top condition for my tenants. Short term rentals need to be WAY better than this. It's like the owner is being so cheap, she can't get out of her own way. There's all these notes about what to do and what not to do and normally that would be fine, except she has all these rules for guests and has no self awareness that she's...

"The two bedroom townhouse was perfect. The furniture was very comfortable and well done. The beds were comfortable. The view overlooking the lagoon was beautiful with the alligators too ! The pool was perfect. Short one mile walk to the beach with bike rentals and general store on the way. Chair rentals on the beach were very helpful and well worth it. Palmetto Dunes is centrally located on the island. You are less than 15 minutes from everywhere on the island. There area endless...
