This property is more than a home. It is a place for healing and restoration. I spent the entire month of January 2026 basking in the luxury and majesty of this villa. 2025 was a year of tragedy and upheaval for me -- my husband passed away, I was hospitalized twice, and I made the decision to move from the home where I raised my children. This villa was exactly what I needed. On warmer days, I could sit on the patio and watch the dolphins play, the sailboats float by, and the miniature deer graze. Everything about this place is luxurious. The furniture, the towels, the bedding, the mattresses, the china, the appliances…everything. I ate most of my meals at home, and the kitchen was fully equipped with every gadget you can imagine. And have you ever heard of a dishwasher that doesn’t make any noise? Unbelievable. Some days, I visited places like Coligny Beach, Harbor Town, and Shelter Cove to get a little exercise and mingle a little.The South Beach Marina Village is across the street from the famous Salty Dog Café, shops, entertainment, and a harbor with dolphin tour and boat rental options.The hosts, Margie and Gavin, were delightful. Their response time was immediate, but they were never intrusive or nosy.My stay at this villa was the experience of a lifetime. And as an added bonus, I missed a two-foot snowstorm at home.

We had a wonderful week! The condo had everything you needed and was very clean. Perfect location, very peaceful and a short walk to the beach. The Salty Dog and bike rental is just across the street which was very convenient. The owners were great to work with and thoughtful. This was by far one of the best places we stayed and would highly recommend!!

The villa was beautiful! The pool was nice and access to the beach very easy. The bay was full of dolphins as close as 5-10 feet from shore. Easy walk to the Salty Dog. We had a great time!

Margie & Gavin's property is excellent! It worked well for a tennis tournament inside Sea Pines, and was super close to the South Beach Racquet Club. The personal touches of embroidered hand towels and photos/artwork made it feel cozy and homey.

Family stay

The location and property are phenomenal!! The beach towels and umbrellas were a game changer. Having a washer and dryer means lighter packing. All of mi kids even commented on the size of the place being more spacious than it looks. The kitchen has everything one needs saving on eating out if one chooses. The balconies allowed the working vacation people privacy for online meetings. We will be back

When my sister and I arrived Saturday evening, we were very impressed on many things about the property. We noted the cleanliness of the property the moment we opened the door, and the decor which looked updated, and the modern traditional decor. We always book this location

Quiet and peaceful location in Hilton Head. Salty Dog is steps away. The pool is beautiful and iverlooks the beach. This property is always very clean and quiet. We have been repear visitors and will be coming back again.

We spent two weeks in this lovely condo. The owner is very quick to respond to questions. There were so many “extra” touches that really went above and beyond what’s expected. It was unusually cold weather during our stay and we witnessed the big winter snow!

Amazing place!

We had a wonderful time. The condo is extremely clean and organized. Very well stocked kitchen. Wonderful views of the water. Saw plenty of deer in the backyard and dolphins just a few feet offshore. Easy beach access. The Salty Dog and South Beach Marina are less than a 5 minute walk away. The hosts were very responsive with any questions we had and provided plenty of great recommendations. Highly recommended!!!

We had the most amazing Christmas at this beautiful vacation rental! I stayed here with my husband, my son, and his partner, and it was absolutely perfect for our family holiday. The house is tastefully and beautifully designed, with every detail thoughtfully considered. All of the instructions were crystal clear, making our stay completely stress-free. This villa is also one of the best-equipped rental homes we’ve visited. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals and bake Christmas cookies! The beds were very comfortable, and the furniture and layout of the home worked perfectly for our group of four. There was also plenty of space, and the home could easily accommodate a larger group. The surrounding area and views were breathtaking—Hilton Head is a gem, and this property made it even more special. The owner was fantastic—very communicative and responsive throughout. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate the holidays. Highly recommend for families, friends, or anyone looking for a serene and well-appointed getaway.
