Location, location, location! This condo was perfect for our family of 6. Stocked with all the beach amenities, seconds from the pool and minutes from the beach. We loved the Palm Dunes area for renting bikes, walking to the General Store, restaurants within walking distance and a large grocery store and many more restaurants and put put golf just a minutes drive away. We would love to come back, Jim our host was very responsive and welcoming.

This is my second stay at this Condo in the past 2 months. My first stay was with another couple and it was fabulous for that. This time it was with family including small children. The condo was great, but it was cooler temperatures so the pool was not able to be used by us. Also, the pool isn’t really designed for small children. It begins at 3’. There isn’t a baby pool or splash pad. Also, the property doesn’t have a playground area. However, there is one over at Shelter Cove. Overall, great for adults and older children.

We came down for five to celebrate my birthday and the owner really make us feel welcome! First we make the reservation one day before we were scheduled to be there and he was able to accommodate us. The villa was in great condition. Everything worked, plenty of kitchen utensils, clean and only a five minute walk to the beach!! But what make it even more greater was that Mr. Jim stayed in contact with us to see how we were doing! I could go on and on, but I think I have wrote enough for now. This was certainly five star service! Thank you Jim P.!!!!

Love this Villa! The lay out was perfect for 2 adult couples. Plenty of privacy and good communal space. I always love having a washer and dryer to use. The convenience to everything was the best I’ve had in Palmetto Dunes. Easy walk to beach. Free Pickleball was definately a plus for us. And being right there next to the Dune House was a bonus! We loved our get away there and will be back soon!

Best place to stay on the island

We just completed our 5th stay at Jim's place on hilton head and as always, it was great. You won't find a better location in relation to proximity to the ocean and the pool. Palmetto Dunes is centrally located and easy to get everywhere. Jim's place offers everything you need for a great, relaxing stay. We will be back for a 6th time in the future.

Perfect beach spot

The condo location was perfect - easy walk to the beach (would probably be 90 seconds if we didn’t have 3 small children in tow) with a beachside restaurant right at the beach access point. Easy walk to the general store and easy access to walking path. Literally couldn’t be closer to the pool. We had everything we needed in the condo and it was the right amount of space for our 2 adults and 3 kids.

Perfect Location and Place

Perfect location for a family stay. Beach, pool, outdoor restaurant, tennis, pickle ball, golf, bike rentals and general store are all within walking distance. Property Manager made sure everything was communicated ahead of time and even followed up with me a couple days into my stay to make sure I was happy. I would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful condo with great location

We had an amazing stay at this condo in Hilton Head! The condo itself is spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, from a fully equipped kitchen to cozy bedrooms and a relaxing living space.The location couldn't be better—just a short walk to the beach, and close to excellent restaurants, shops, and bike trails. Great stray!

We’ve been staying in the moorings for many years and it truly is the best location This place was on the lower level right next to the pool so it was perfect with my little kids. This place was beautifully decorated and the new floor was nice. The owner was really helpful with every concerns or requests we had during our stay. I will definitely stay again. Thank you!!

Perfect location in Palmetto Dunes

Stay was wonderful, this condo is super close to the beach, pool and tennis courts. The owner was very communicative and very responsive to concerns. The set up of the condo is great especially a family with older children. Once you walk there is a foyer area where you can keep the beach stuff and drop shoes. You can then go in the left door that is the main area or right door that goes into the other bedroom). This way the older kids can have a truly separate space. We had a couple of issues but they were quickly resolved by the owner. The condo is a bit outdated but the beds are comfortable, A/C works well (2 zones, one for main side and one for the other bedroom.),and the fridge is very spacious and keeps everything cold. The decks overlook the pool which is nice so you can call down to your family that is already down there. Don’t need much more than that :)

Wonderful Palmetto Dunes Vacation!

Perfect location on Hilton Head Island! Easy walk to the beach, Dunes House, General Store and tennis/pickleball facilities. The condo is very comfortable and well stocked with everything you need. This was our 20th year visiting the island…and this was our favorite location! We loved the detailed instructions…especially how to operate the TVs! That can be so frustrating! We also appreciated Jim’s call to check in and make sure everything was going well. Thank you for the privilege of vacationing in your condo…we will definitely return!

Great visit, Great Stay, Great Place

Highly recommend James' place. Very accurate listing of what you get. Super convenient to beach, pool, and Dunes House. Communicated with host before visit regarding amenities - iron and ironing board, beach chairs and beach toys - they have them all and during stay - TV and remote syncing - and was responded to quickly each time. Great value for the money. Will be back.

Wonderful location and Condo!

The location of this condo is perfect. It is truly a quick walk to the beach and pool, but also within walking distance to the tennis courts and general store and to The Dunes House restaurant which is one of our favorites. The condo was well stocked and clean. The set up of the bedrooms makes it seem like you are in two separate units with a large living room and kitchen in between. This worked perfectly especially when it was nap time for our grandson. We found the condo to be well stocked with towels and kitchen supplies. Jim is a hands on property owner and works hard to make sure your stay is the best it can be. We will definitely stay here again.
