Condo was beautiful and well maintained.:Location of the unit close to a street was not desirable, but on second floor gave some privacy. The outdoor porch was peaceful during the day, but buggy in the evening. The steps from the parking lot to the steps going to the second story unit were a challenge. The beds were comfortable.We enjoyed the bikes and the bike paths.

SC retreat

Overall very nice. Property could use some updating ( bathrooms and appliances) for an even better experience . But the location in Palmetto Dunes was great!

Loved it!

Great location, amenities. House had everything needed. Beds comfy. Shuttle bus was fantastic and quick. Beach was lovely. Loved having the beach equipment and bikes. Also took advantage of the free mini golf. Beautiful, relaxing area. Locals were friendly. Looking to come again.

February in Hilton Head

We own a summer and fall timeshare week in HHI and usually visit in the spring as well. Overall the condo is nice. We are Seniors and the steps are steep and not easy to climb. Carpet is stained. The couches are old uncomfortable to sit on. I had trouble finding a comfortable chair. Ended up using a patio chair. The TVs were confusing to operate and the volume did not come on when the unit was turned on. The kitchen is nice and is well equipped. We had to get a visitor pass for a friend and I was not told that an additional pass cost $26! We have been in Palmetto Dunes for over 25 years and have never had to pay for an additional pass.

The Centre Court Villa we stayed in was located near a lagoon. Very nice to sit out on the deck and watch the Herons & turtles…. Never did see an alligator. Villa was clean and equipped with all you need in the kitchen and living room. WiFi worked pretty good… had a TV issue that was taken care of promptly. We were very close to the swimming pool & Fazio Golf Course. Big Jim’s BBQ & Alexander’s rated high with us!!

Beautiful views

Very nice vacation rental with beautiful lagoon view. The beds are comfortable. Check in was super easy. Pool is nice and never crowded. Beach is 10 min walk or 5 min bike ride. Shuttle is also easily available. We would stay again. Location is central to everything on island.

Great spot in Palmetto Dunes adjacent to tennis center.

Perfect for our family of 4. Plenty of towels and additional items like detergent etc…very welcoming and lots of TVs for kids to watch while getting the days activities in order. We’d rent again. Only wrinkle was early check in as property code to enter was incorrect.

Center Court Villas are perfectly located. for golf, tennis, pickle ball, dining, walking, biking.

Our villa in Center Court was situated along the lagoon and we could sit on the deck in the morning having coffee and enjoying watching a few turtles and a Blue Heron that came to fish. Our Villa was clean and spacious. WiFi available. Only drawback is the 2 flights of stairs to carry luggage and coolers up. Golf, tennis, pickle ball are within walking distance. This is our 3rd year staying at a Villa in Center Court. Very enjoyable!

Great Location!

We loved the location and spaciousness of this property. The beds were also very comfortable. The biggest drawback was the smell (strong odor like musty cigar smoke). If smells don't bother you, this is a great property! Really liked being in Palmetto Dunes.

Clean and Comfortable

We were impressed with the cleanliness of the condo. Not a speck of dirt anywhere. The only issue that we reported during our stay, a sink stopper that became inoperable, was fixed promptly.

Great location! Beautiful surroundings!

We've been to Hilton Head multiple times and stayed in several locations. I was there for a conference, and I brought my sister and 2 daughters. The condo was well represented by the photos and the list of amenities was accurate. Plenty of room for 4 of us. It was nice to be on the lagoon and to drink a glass of wine each night sitting on the balcony. The kitchen had what we needed for the meals we ate there. Loved having the washer and dryer AND access to a vacuum cleaner! Thank you for that! Loved also that the bathrooms were large enough to accommodate 2 women while getting ready. The only real concern was that the glass-top dining table was sticky when we arrived. This was easily remedied. There were also several lightbulbs out. We found replacement bulbs and changed them ourselves. No big deal. The beach was about a 10 minute (normal pace) walk. Not that far, but far enough that if you have children, you may want a wagon or stroller. Overall, we highly recommend the condo, the location, and the surrounding activities.

The property was clean and neat, just like the pictures. Loved that it was close to pool and store!

Loved the location! Nice place and plenty of room. The patio outside of the lagoon was enjoyable to watch wildlife. Perfect vacation!

My experience

Loved having the shuttle service to the beach, this was so convenient. I had a delay getting into out room because of a miscommunication with the cleaning service and the rental management made this up to us with a credit on our account. First time to Hilton Head and this was a good experience. Felt very safe where we stayed and the grounds were so nice.

Property was what was expected but had some issues. Management company did a good job of trying to make the situation right as best they could. I would stay again if returning to HHI.
