Beautiful location!

The home was beautiful with all the amenities needed to cook and enjoy, beds were super comfy, and you cannot beat the view! Also, Dale was lovely to communicate with...loved our stay and would definitely stay there again. Thank you!

Amazing HHI Home

We’ve been staying in Palmetto Dunes for years, and this is by far our favorite spot. Unbeatable location. Amazing service and communication from Dale and his team. We will be back!

Beautiful Property

This was by far the best place we have stayed in HHI. The property and grounds were beautiful in a perfect location. We really enjoyed the sandy backyard for games and the deck for sunrise and evening relaxing. The interior offered everything we needed as well. Thank you and we hope to return again.

Beautiful vacation spot

This is our favorite place to stay when we come to Hilton Head. We have stayed twice and would highly recommend! The home is beautiful, well stocked and the view is amazing! Everyone was super comfortable. It was hard to go back to real life!

Wow! Absolute perfection!

I’ve rented a number of beach houses over the years and this was the best beach house we’ve ever stayed at. It might be the best VRBO I’ve ever rented. It’s a beautiful home in an exquisite resort community and the beachside location can’t be beat. The home is well furnished and the outdoor space is amazing. The owner is very responsive and communicative and check in/check out was very smooth. I would recommend this property to anyone and we plan to make an annual trip from the Midwest to enjoy the beautiful beach house going forward.

Wonderful location and villa

We enjoyed a fabulous stay. The location is outstanding and the villa is clean, well equipped and nicely decorated. Also our bed was extremely comfortable! The owners are easily accessible for any questions or normal maintenance issues. Thank you so much for sharing your lovely place. We visit HHI often and will likely return to this villa if available!

Great property!

Great property and great host! We enjoyed the home, the amenities and the well-stocked kitchen and grill. The home itself is a treat - our teens loved having their own separate space and we all enjoyed the 2nd floor deck. Close proximity to the beach. The community was very friendly well kept and buzzing with activity. Highly recommend!

Beautiful house and beach. Great communication with owner.

We had a wonderful time in Hilton Head. The house was beautiful and clean with a great view of the beach and ocean. The beach was clean and not too crowded. Lots of great restaurants and things to do as well around the island. Would definitely return here! Thanks to Dale for great communication and responding quickly to our questions!

Excellent as always

This is our third or fourth year staying at this beautiful property and can’t say enough nice things about it. The Dawsons are so nice to deal with and the property itself is amazing! We love knowing everything will be easy, relaxing and just what we expect. The home is immaculate, well maintained and well appointed, close to everything Palmetto Dunes has to offer. You can’t beat the view either! Thank you for another wonderful vacation!

Perfect Anniversary Getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at One of a Kind. The villa was very clean, nicely decorated, and very well thought out. We did not miss a sunrise with coffee on the back deck! Dale made it super easy with great communication and written instructions for everything. Thank you, Dale!

Great 1st time trip to HHI

First trip to Hilton Head Island and almost booked another property nearby SO glad I booked The Dunes Beach Villa 4 , so many things available that were not listed , couldn't ask for a better location and a better host. This vacation was for a combination of events , sons' graduating college, wife's birthday and our 26th anniversary. had an absolute blast can't wait to return. so many things to do in the area , day trip to Savanna , sunrises , shops , great eats even found a starfish on the beach. Thanks for providing a great experience

Property is AMAZING! Beautiful villa on the beach with the best oceanfront views and great location. We have stayed here many times and love it! Villa is well furnished and communication with owner is excellent. Beach and Dunes House grille are a few steps away. Easy walk to general store, tennis courts and bike rental. Owner has beach chairs and an umbrella or you can rent chairs on the beach. Our favorite part is the upper deck area that has tables and lounge chairs where you can enjoy the ocean view- it’s the best !Dale (owner) ensures you have a wonderful time and checks in to make sure you are well situated. Can’t say enough positive things about this rental!

Beautiful property!!!

We absolutely loved Palmetto Dunes and this property! It was our first time visiting HHI, we brought our three adult kids - what a fantastic experience for the whole family. The home is beautifully maintained and thoughtfully stocked with all the comforts of home. We especially enjoyed the outdoor areas, which allowed us to spend as much time outdoors as possible. The upper deck offered stunning views of the ocean, and it was just a short walk to the beach. The pool was quite and right out the front door. Our host, Dale, was wonderful - easy to communicate with and quick to respond to any questions. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property.

Perfectly Perfect!

We celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary with our family of 5, and our stay was perfect! The Villa is exactly as it portrayed in pictures! It’s perfectly located on dunes/beachfront. We enjoyed the sunrise views each morning with a walk on the beach. The villa is fully furnished with indoor and outdoor seating to stay in for dinner or centrally located to many terrific restaurants! Thank you for this wonderful opportunity to experience Hilton Head on-the-beach! We hope to return again someday!!

Best location on the island!

We can’t say enough positives about this house! The location is amazing, just the best beach on the island. And the house is incredible! Dale thinks of everything you may need, it’s all there! On top of that, it’s all so neat and organized. Rarely do you find a rental that exceeds your expectations! Thank for Dale for an amazing trip! One more thing, the Dunes House is a couple of houses down and the best! Delicious food and drinks with the same stunning view as the house!
