Great Spot!

This property is in an absolutely fantastic location! The Sea Pines Resort is awesome. We thoroughly enjoyed all of the amenities and the atmosphere. We look forward to returning!

Nice stay

Great location. Unit is older. Fridge is old with no ice or water from outside the fridge. Kitchen is small. Porch is unusable in the afternoon.. Porch has plastic chairs that get way too hot (no pillows found for chairs).

Love the coziness of the unit and the view from the windows in the living area. The voltage ceiling was adorable and the beds were comfy. The kitchen is a bit small, but who’s cooking big meals on vacation?!

Tennis weekend

We were in Hilton Head for the state tennis tournament. The location in Sea Pines was perfect. So close to the Shoppes at Sea Pines for wonderful dinners. I was able to ride my bike everywhere and I could walk to watch my husband play tennis.

Location - Location - Location

Great location! You can bike or take trolley to the beach. The villa is close to a trolley pick up. Bike or walk to Harbour Town! Plenty of great restaurants that are close! Plenty to do! Very clean! The tennis courts that are accessible with this villa have 1 court marked for pickelball. The pool is convenient and clean! Will definitely stay here again!

A great spot in Sea Pines

This condo is great - comfortable, easy and a quick ride to either Harbour Town or the beach. Bed was super comfortable, easy to get settled and we had just what we needed. A very nice stay and we would happily stay here again!

Great location

We truly enjoyed our stay. The property was a wonderful location on the island. We rented bikes and rode to the beach. The unit had everything we needed and it was delightful to bring our furry child too. We loved the deck overlooking the pond and access to the pool too. Communication with the rental agency was easy and helpful. We would love to come again!

Clean Pet-Friendly Villa in Great Location

We really enjoyed our stay at the tennis villas. Having rented quite a few pet-friendly places over the years, I can say that many places seem somewhat unclean and many have a distinct scent to them. Not this place! We found it clean and fresh smelling upon our arrival. Nicely decorated, too. A perfect location within Sea Pines. There were a few things that we didn't like and the villa showed definite signs of aging in places. Also, tennis enthusiasts should be aware that the included courts have been contracted out to Smith-Stearns for a number of hours in both the morning and afternoons so that's something to keep in mind.

The perfect family get away

We loved it!! This property was clean and updated. The finishes and décor gave us the beachy feel that we were looking for. Location was very convenient with close proximity to the beach, Harbor Town, and shops. We would happily stay in this unit again.

This condo in Sea Pines was in a great location with easy access to everything on Hilton Head. The amenities in the development , pool and tennis courts and bike storage were great. The condo itself was a good size for our family of 3 but it was not well equipped. The kitchen and bathrooms barely had anything to get us started. No sponge no detergent no beach towels. 1 roll of toilet paper The condo was also not very clean. Some of glasses/dishes were dirty. Closets were not clean. When we arrived a towel rack in bathroom fell down when hanging a towel on it. I called office to report this but never heard anything back.
