Our family enjoyed our stay at Steve and Barbara's villa. The rental was well stocked, nicely decorated and the golf course view was amazing. The rental had everything we needed to enjoy time at the beach - chairs, floaties, and umbrella. We would definitely stay again!

Great place to stay

The property is as advertised. It was very clean and well equipped with kitchen supplies and starter supply of paper and cleaning products. The owners are quick to respond to any questions you may have. The unit is next to golf course and a little pond, so the frogs are a bit talkative at night and can hear them quite well in the master suite. The upstairs loft did get a little warm even with the supplied fans but we did stay during one of the hottest weeks of the year. The Dunes buggy is also great and a wonderful benefit. The property is also very close to the pool which is really nice. I would definitely recommend the property.

This property was amazing! It was beautiful, clean, has everything you could possibly need! It is close to everything! The shuttle service that is provided is very handy and amazing! Perfect vacation home

We had a wonderful stay for our second time - the hosts are kind and responsive, the place is beautiful, and it has everything you need. We loved the shaded deck with a view of the pond and golf course as well as the master bedroom and upgraded bath. We highly recommend this property.

Perfectly Appointed!

We had a wonderful stay. I was truly impressed with organization and availability of anything you could possibly need in a rental. The layout worked perfectly for us. Our three children (8,6,6) loved taking the spiral stairs up to the loft. The also enjoyed sitting on the porch searching for wildlife on the golf course. We would definitely stay here again!

First time to HHI

This was our first visit to Hilton Head. We have visited other areas along the coast of SC. The property we rented from Steven and Barbara was extremely clean. The location was wonderful for getting around the various areas of the island. My husband and I and our adult daughter had plenty of room and ample privacy. The property was very comfy and had everything we needed. My daughter enjoyed working from the deck outside. Plenty of places to walk and ride bikes. Many restaurants nearby. It’s a beautiful area and we look forward to coming back to this property in the future.

Absolutely love this rental!

Check in was flawless and fast. Location was great! We loved the lookout onto the golf course and that we were on the second floor. Lots of beach equipment was included which was a nice surprise (beach chairs, beach toys, boogie board, etc). The pool was a bit cold but the kids didn't care. We had a family of five and plenty of room to spread out plus tons of storage/closet space. Palmetto dunes is fabulous, the biking paths are so fun and the beach access is so convenient and never busy when we went. The market is super nice and soft serve a must have. We are already planning our next visit to this VRBO! Thank you!

Excellent Villa Excellent Owners

We have been coming to Hilton Head for 10 years and we have stayed at this Villa for the last 9 of those years. That should say just about everything that we can in recommending this Villa. We stay for a month every year to basically get away from the snow in the north and staying in Steve & Barb’s villa is a bonus. They are excellent owners and will go out of their way to make sure your vacation is an enjoyable experience. We have already booked next year and we are looking forward to getting back.

Relaxing Retreat

Just what we needed and more....Quiet and relaxing, with calming views of the golf fairway nestled in oak trees and ponds. We were centrally located to shops, restaurants, and entertainment which made it easy to get around. A definite jewel if you want to relax and be close to activities.

We had a great time at this villa. The views of the golf course were spectacular. We also enjoyed some pickleball lessons ,The location of this villa is perfect with short bike rides to Shelter Cove and the beach. We would recommend to others.

Perfect fall weekend

Beautiful villa for a long fall weekend get-away. The villa is clean, beautifully decorated and has perfect golf course views. The kitchen is well stocked and has items that most places clean out. The owners are very easy to work with. Definitely a 5 star!

Loved the location and watching the golfers putt on Hole #14. I just wished the second bedroom was downstairs which would of worked better than climbing the stairs to go up everytime.

Golf Vacay

We had a lovely stay here. The pictures of the unit are accurate. The unit is literally just steps away from hole 14 on the George Fazio course. We enjoyed watching golfers daily. The Palmetto Dunes area has everything you need and more. Lots of biking and walking trails. The golf courses in the resort are very nice. We played all three during our stay. The pool area is very well kept and just a short walk from the unit. Communication with the owners was easy and timely. We would definitely stay in this unit again.

Perfection!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in your villa! The place was exactly as described and truly felt like home for the week! The central location was perfect for getting to wherever we wanted to go. We have stayed in several VRBOs over the years, and this was by far the nicest! Communication was easy and quick, and the detailed instructions that were emailed ahead of time were also available in the Villa in an informative binder including maps and suggestions for places to go and things to do. I would give more than five stars if I could as I cannot say enough good things about this Villa and the experience overall. Hope to visit again and stay here!

Beautiful property!

Love the layout, it was perfect for our family of 4. Probably the best stocked rental we have ever had, from the bedding to the soap and paper products to kitchen and plentiful beach supplies. Steve was very responsive and helpful. We loved the view of the animals and golf course from our balcony. Getting to the beach was an easy drive or shuttle ride (we had too much stuff to walk or bike). We hope to be a repeat renter in the future!
