    1414 South Beach Villa es uno de los más agradables SC alquileres de vacaciones en Hilton Head ubicados en la famosa plantación de pinos de mar. Esta casa decorada con buen gusto se encuentra a sólo unos pasos de la playa y un paseo muy corto a la muy deseable South Beach Marina.     El 1er nivel de la casa adosada ofrece una cocina estilo galera con encimeras de Silestone y pisos de piedra, un área de comedor con capacidad para 8 personas, y una gran sala de estar alfombrada con un nuevo televisor de pantalla plana de 55 "y un reproductor blu ray. También hay un dormitorio con 2 camas individuales, y una sala de baño con ducha solamente. Una hermosa sala de Carolina ofrece a sus huéspedes un porche acristalado (también tiene pantallas) con una magnífica vista del patio de césped, palmeras, y el océano. Una terraza exterior que se accede desde la sala de estar y sala de Carolina, es perfecta para asar hamburguesas en la parrilla de gas.

    El dormitorio principal de arriba tiene un televisor, una cama matrimonial, y un amplio, baño privado renovado con un tocador doble, un armario separado de agua y una bañera / ducha. Un balcón privado ofrece una vista fantástica de tanto el sonido Calibogue y el Océano Atlántico. Un segundo rey dormitorio comparte el piso de arriba una sala de baño con ducha solamente con un dormitorio con 2 camas individuales.

Paradise

I have been to Hilton Head Island once before but had never stayed at this property. My family and I have talked about making this an annual trip now because this property was just perfect. Thank you for such a lovely stay! We truly enjoyed the property location and amenities and had a wonderful time.

Wonderful Stay!

We had a wonderful stay here - there was plenty of room for our little family and our two dogs. We loved being able to watch the sunset from the sunroom every evening. The location was amazing, and the property managers were very responsive and helpful.

Could use some TLC

The upstairs carpet was a little dirty. The master bedroom was the most outdated room in the house. I am not quite sure How old that bathroom is; there was carpet in sink area…. Oddly enough all of the other bathrooms were pretty updated. There has been a lot of rain, so there was a bit of a stagnant pool outside of the unit which had a lot of bugs…. The seals on most of the windows were broken so they were a bit cloudy. It was a great location though walking distance to Salty Dog and right off the beach which is dog friendly.

4th of July week

Overall the villa was OK. The biggest disappointment was the villas community pool. We only went one time because it was cloudy and scrum all over the pool walls. Disgusting. We wish the villa had extra kitchen supplies for cooking.-Oils, cooking spray, seasonings, foils, baggies etc.. There were plenty of towels but the bathrooms were not cleaned well. There was existing hair in the shower and toilets were dirty. The carpet needs to be replaced on the stairs and second floor. We had a hard time figuring out the TV remote controls for volume etc. Instructions would of been nice. Unfortunately, when we were there was construction going on next door. Heard a lot of hammering and drilling. Lastly, we were there during Tropical Storm Elsa. Three days of high wind and rain.

Hilton Head South Beach Visit

An excellent property in a beautiful area of Hilton Head Island. The property is a little older and has been well used over the years. It does need a little updating outside (both deck areas) and the bedrooms but a great place to relax. The main living area is very nice and well arranged for ease of use for any area you want to use. I will certainly try to rent this location again on another visit.

Great location

This property is wonderfully located in Sea Pines at the southern tip of Hilton Head Island. There is easy access to the beach. Some renovations have been completed on the first floor, which is very nice. Some updates could be made to the second floor but overall the property is well maintained. There was plenty of space for everyone in the family.

Serene and Relaxing for a Birthday Getaway during Quarantine

Property was just as pictured. There were 4 adults in our party and there was plenty of space for everyone. It was great to be able to literally take a few steps and be on the beach. I would definitely stay here again.

Property had been recently upgraded which was not reflected in photos. Excellent location walking distance to stores and restaurants. Excellent vacation!

Great location on the beach

This was a great location. Exactly 400 steps to the beach and an ocean view from every room in the house. New remodel in the kitchen and dining area. Beautiful.

Enjoyed the property

We did wish it was closer to beach and we had a problem with the grill. It had not been cleaned in awhile, and we burned 8 steaks from the flames. My Son Cleaned it after the fact but our 100 dollar steaks were burned. Even after he shut it off the flames would not go out!!

Perfect Quiet Corner for a Family Vacation

This is one of the best properties we've ever stayed in. The accommodations were spacious for all 6 of us. Comfortable beds. Toiletries and towels provided in all bathrooms. Well-supplied kitchen. Full-sized washer and dryer. My kids especially loved playing in the nook under the stairs, and I loved the sun room to store all our beach supplies. Private boardwalk to the beach and The Salty Dog across the street. We regularly saw boats, dolphins, crabs, and deer. (We were swimming about 10-20 feet from dolphins for an entire morning.) Found shells and horseshoe crab shells on the very clean beach. Our only hiccup was an air conditioning issue when we arrived. After a quick phone call, maintenance was there by the time we unloaded and headed to dinner; the issue was fixed and the upstairs cooling off by the time we returned. Excellent location and service.
