You really feel like you have a degree of quiet separation from the bustle of Hilo that is only a short drive away. So best of both worlds. "The Outrigger was perfect for our stay. It was just 2 blocks from Bayfront soccer fields so it made it very easy for us to get to and form the field for the Volcano Soccer Tournament. The home was very clean and offered a lot of amenities (Beach toys, chairs, umbrellas, air conditioning, large washer and dryer).The host was very easy to communicate with and was very responsive. Would highly recommend this place."

"This was our second time this year staying at this beautiful, warm, welcoming, and quiet home attending Hilo events, as we live in Kona. We returned because we love it so much and it accommodates my family and elderly mother. Love the AC in each room and lots of seating in the living, dining rooms and on the balcony. "This house was beautifully perched above the ocean. The common areas were spacious--kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed.Appliances and AC units looked brand new and the outdoor furniture/seating areas overlooking the ocean were an amazing place to enjoy meals.The inside and outside were decorated with art/sculpture which were also nice added touches.
