• Kitchen – Fully stocked with everything you need, including updated appliances and a dedicated coffee station featuring 10+ random coffee flavors so you can try something new every morning. A breakfast bar seats 3, with a dining table for 6 for family meals.
• Living Room – Cozy up by the wood-burning brick fireplace after a day outdoors, or enjoy a movie on the large flat-screen TV. Plenty of seating makes it perfect for relaxing with loved ones.
• Bedroom #1 – Queen bed with cozy bear-themed bedding, 58” TV, and sliding glass doors that open directly onto the deck for breathtaking golf course views.
• Bedroom #2/Loft – Accessed by a spiral staircase, the loft includes 2 queen beds, and nightstands with lamps for a comfortable retreat.
• Bathroom – Features a shower/tub combo, spacious vanity, steam shower, and all the essentials you’ll need during your stay.

Your stay at Bear Hills Retreat is designed to be stress-free and private. The condo is equipped with a keyless code lock, so you can check in anytime after 4:00 PM without needing to meet in person.

• Entry is keyless with a code lock. Check-in instructions will be sent by 3pm on arrival day.
• 2 parking spots included (please contact us if more are needed).

Rules & Reminders
• No smoking/vaping indoors ($250 fine for violations). Outside smoking permitted at least 15 feet from the building.
• No large parties or events.
• Quiet hours: 10pm–7am.
