"We loved the cute, comfy, and cozy place. Very modern and had the things we needed inside!! Owner is very fast to respond which was great. Full bed can be a little small for 2 people but they listed that and we were well aware. Everything was super clean when we showed up! Definitely recommend and would come back."

"I booked this cabin for my husband and a group of guys for the weekend. The guys had a fantastic time and said the cabin was perfect for the weekend getaway. There was plenty of room and my husband said the host was fantastic they stayed over a weekend that got significant snowfall and the host was great about checkout times being that the roads needed to be cleared. The guys all said they’d go back again! A real gem of a find!"

"We loved staying in this cozy cabin! The point allowed us to fish on all sides of the cabin, and we caught lots of sunfish and one big largemouth bass.We loved being so close to the water, and had everything we needed to be comfortable inside. Coffee and coffee maker, cozy blankets, A/C in the bedroom, a TV. And it’s close enough to town that we were able to order pizza deliver :)Loved everything about it, and so did my husband!!"

"We had a wonderful three-night stay at this cozy cabin in Hillman. It was the perfect distance from the Cities—close enough for an easy drive, but far enough to feel like a true getaway. "Didn’t use amenities!! The only strange thing was there wasn’t a House Rules book stating how to navigate the house! There wasn’t any firewood for the wood burning fireplace which would have been nice for Christmas Eve, if we needed to get our own, it would’ve been good to know that?! There were not any exit rules as to bedding, garbage, etc!!!!!!! Otherwise no complaints!"

"This place is rustic, but has potential. No communication from host as to how to get in. I tried emailing the host via VRBO, calling, and texting. After texting I got the code to get in and the wifi. You have to have your own water to drink and cook with. It is well water without a filter for getting useable water. "Our Host was prompt with responses to questions. This was most meaningful. The main cabin was charming and lake view was awesome. As a rustic older cabin, it has been lovingly kept up. We were not able to use the quaint boathouse because temps had dropped and it is not heated. The rainy weather kept us inside. However, the spacious living area gave us ample room to hang out and we were close to Grand Rapids and Cohasset to enjoy other entertainment avenues. No regrets. Hope to book again."
