"The room was ok on arrival if you look past the stains on the carpet and hole in the hand towel. When I opened the hand towel a big clump of dark brown hair fell out of it. Made me feel sick.
Staff were nice. Check in was horrendous with only one person on the desk so a massive queue had formed. They take £100 off your card “in case” you spend anything on your room during your stay. Parking is ridiculous at £18 a night and a tiny car park it’s difficult to find a spot. Preparations for a...

"I and the wife spend a weekend away for out anniversary to walk around some of lovely Yorkshire.
The staff at the Gamekeepers are incredible proud of their establishment, they were always kind courteous and helpful.
Special compliments for Dan, he was always helpful communitive and friendly.
The food is really good, especially the breakfast, really enjoyed it, everything taste as it should.
Rooms are clean, some smaller than others, will be booking again maybe a pod.
