"This house is huge, spacious, view is good, and very close to beach. Location is good, just few minutes walk to the beach, outside seating and dinning area is good to enjoy view and spend time with family/friends. We had kind of three age groups and everyone was able to find their own area of enjoyment. House is also nicely decorated. There are few chairs, umbrella, toys, a wagon to use in the garage. Host (Neil) is very responsive. We had issue with kitchen sink drain, it was extremely slow...

"We stayed for a week at the condo and had a great time. When we arrived we had no problem catching one of the four elevators to our room. Everything in the place was beautiful, clean and we had everything needed to enjoy breakfast and lunches in the room. The beach was nice, pools were relaxing and my boys enjoyed walking to the ice cream store and restaurant daily. My only tip would be if you choose to venture out for dinner on July 4th - don’t. The resort host a huge party at the club house...
