Newly renovated property but unlike all nice hotels in SA, they have no back up generator so you are very much impacted by load sharing every day for 3 hours with no electricity, no WiFi, etc. Sharing here because it’s not transparent in the hotel description nor the correspondence they send you before you stay there. Also there is no housekeeping - you will have the same sheets and towels and untidy room for many days and need to complain to Expedia to even get them to give you a fresh towel. Nobody to help at front desk, no taxis, need to go to another hotel nearby for anything.
