We loved our stay in this gorgeous property. We had 8 adults, 3 children & 2 babies. There were plenty of bedrooms & bathrooms for our large group.The host communicated with us before our stay, during our stay and upon checkout to see if we needed anything or had questions. I appreciated this communication.The home was clean, had an amazing view of the lake & mountains, had a well-equipped kitchen & great appliances.We will stay here again.

Guys Ski Trip

We came out with a group of 6 guys for our annual ski trip. The house was awesome with 5 king beds. Everything is brand new and built with luxury in mind. So much room for everyone. Only 5 minutes to Deer Valley lift. We used uber to go to nice dinners in Park City. Would certainly book again.

Awesome New House

This house is great. New home with 5 large bedrooms all with King beds. Great room in teh basement and a hot tub with electric roof cover. The entire experience was great. iTrip does an awesome job. Not a single complaint. If you want a house near multiple ski areas that is large and well appointed, this is it.

Deer Valley Ski Vacation

My closest friends and family traveled from across the country to celebrate my birthday in Deer Valley this past weekend. We had an amazing experience with iTrip. The home we rented was spectacular- beautiful views, nicely furnished, clean, well stocked, plenty of parking and storage space. The high end appliances and large dining area made it easy to host our dinners at home. The 5 king suites allowed each couple to have plenty of privacy.Communication leading up to our stay was seamless- each email was responded to within an hour and all of our requests were met. We are already planning our 2026 stay at this property!

Fun but hot

We had a great time. The AC was broken- we spoke with the hosts so they sent maintenance who was unable to fix it, but it didn’t seem like something that happens often. We got a bit of a refund to remedy the situation

Fantastic place and views!

We had a group of 14 that stayed here and this place fit us easily. It is new, beautiful, spacious townhome with breathtaking views of Jordanelle reservoir. It is a perfect location for any time of year with the reservoir for summer activities and the Park City slopes nearby for winter activities. We would absolutely recommend and stay here again!

Amazing stay for ski trip for 10 gals

This was the perfect place for my sister’s bachelorette trip. We originally had 12 which turned to 10, so everyone got to share a king bed. Quiet house, great living / dining area, comfy mattresses, amazing appliances, hot tub, you name it. We had a chef come in to cook us dinner one night, and went out to Park City (15 min) the other. Easy to get to deer Valley main base (15 mins) too. 10/10- affordable and amazing. Would absolutely rent again! Only request - shower pressure in shared bathroom was very low - would be good to strengthen!

Family ski trip

Wasn't ready when we got in. It took an extra hour, 5 pm to get access. Home had not been fully cleaned. Despite these minor issues, it's a very nice property.

Great house for large group

We recently returned from our trip to Park city. We had a group of 14 with 7 adults and 7 children. The house was amazing (as described in the pictures) with plenty of room for everyone. The house sits overlooking a large reservoir with amazing views of the surrounding area. There is a large living room with a gas fireplace. The kitchen is brand new with high-end appliances. Everything we could have needed to prepare meals was provided. The bedrooms were large with comfortable mattresses. The basement pullout sofa is king size. The kids spent hours playing ping-pong. We were skiing in Park city and the drive each morning was about 20-25 minutes because of traffic, but less than 15 minutes to return home and on the weekends. It was well worth the drive to be able to stay in such a nice home. The rental company was attentive and responded immediately with any questions. I would highly recommend this home and we would definitely stay there again in the future.

Beautiful home

Our family went to Heber to ride the North Pole Express with our grandkids & had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home. Everything was just as it was listed. We had plenty room & everything was perfect & clean. We will definitely stay here again.

Nice property at Jordanelle Reservoir

We had wonderful stay at this property for a small family reunion (6 adults, 5 children). The house is new and everything was very nice. The kids just loved having the whole downstairs area to themselves with all its amenities. We enjoyed the night sky from the comfort of the new hot tub. The area is situated perfectly for our day trips into Park City and Heber City. Of course we also took advantage of the reservoir. The only thing to note is the master bathroom on the main floor has a fancy shower which wasn't working when we got there. You have to reset the system by opening the access panel in the closet. Their instructions say to unplug and then plug back in the shower system after waiting 10 seconds. I tried this twice and neither attempt restarted the shower. I finally left it unplugged for a few minutes until heard the system make a noise. Only at that time did I plug it back in and then it started working.

Air Conditioning Broken, but nice home

This would have been a wonderful stay, but the Air Conditioning didn't work and it was over 80 degrees inside for most of our stay. Although we realized this was out of the control of the property management company, we didn't feel like we were sufficiently compensated after lots of following up and effort on our part to get some sort of partial refund, as it pretty severely impacted our stay. We did end up getting a small refund. The home itself is very nice and has great views of the lake in a nice neighborhood. There were also some basics missing like dish soap and a broom. Overall a nice place, just a huge bummer that our group was miserable and hot for the duration of our stay.

So much room for all of us!

We now have numerous family members who are couples and having all of the King bed options was wonderful! And so many bathrooms, too. There was never a shortage of space for anyone, and even our family staying nearby could gather and not feel crowded so that we could play games together. Beds were the perfect comfort level, too.
