"Our stay in Hawaii was absolutely magical. Having this lovely lil bungalow that includes a kitchen, laundry and beach front access was the perfect home base for all of our adventures. Hosts communicate really well and give great tips for local finds!"

"This place is a great - hosts are amazing people. They are intelligent, passionate, flexible, and friendly. Sunsrise view is great. Incredibly safe environment. You really feel like you have a degree of quiet separation from the bustle of Hilo that is only a short drive away. So best of both worlds. The tradeoff is that the village access does require a short drive on unpaved roads. So prepare mentally that this is a slightly more secluded location. You get a simple but thoughtfully...

"Great Location, vary spacious house. Loved the getaway feel. Lots of room. Enjoyed the pool.Unfortunately the hot tub (one of the main reasons we booked this) did not work the entire time we stayed. I don't fault the owner nor property management though, I think things happen and its okay. The owners were very responsive and I think they got it fixed for the next guests.Thank you for your hospitality."

"The property lists a kitchen but there is not. The is a refrigerator, plates/cups/etc and some plug in appliances, but washing dishes in a tiny bathroom sink was not ideal. There was laundry accessible and the house was very safe and comfortable during a hurricane. Just beware that if you are looking for a kitchen, there isn’t really. Otherwise the property was perfect for our stay."

"A wonderful guesthouse a few miles outside of town. It had everything we needed and the communication with the owners was great. The only small downside was the combo washer/dryer took 5 hours to do a very small load and we couldn't use it overnight because it was right next to the pullout bed."
