"We absolutely loved our stay in Wilmington. "Luxe at the Cove" is such a cool place to stay--We loved it, our kids loved it, and friends and family we told about it were blown away. Plenty of room, super clean, and had all the amenities you could ask for (laundry, fully stocked kitchen, etc.). The second floor patio is a great place to enjoy morning coffee, evening drink, etc. 10/10 recommend--An awesome and unique stay!"

"The property is in a perfect location in downtown Wilmington. It was so nice to be able to walk to restaurants, etc, or to simply sit on the balcony overlooking the river. The place was clean and was the check in instructions were easy. It was also nice that parking was included. We would definitely stay here again!"

"Property was exactly as described. Located in a quiet area yet close to the pier for music, drinks and food. The closest beach access was closed but the next access was right down the street and easily accessible to walk to with all your beach equipment. Parking was easy. The unit is located on the 3rd floor, no elevator but it was fine for us. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back."

"The suite was renewed and everything looks clean, comfortable and modern. It is located just on the beach and all the rooms are facing to the sea, so the sunrise is guaranteed. It is close to the Oceanic restaurant, the pier and the surf shop and café. You need the car to go shopping but in 5-10 minutes there are lot of plazas and shopping areas. "

"It was great to be close to the beach (about a one block walk) and the beach at Freeman Park. The Boardwalk with shops/restaurants are about 1.5 miles from the condo, be aware that parking at the Boardwalk is $9/hr +tax. Parking at the condo is free :). The condo was cute and clean and has a small but nice balcony. The ocean is very close but you can’t really see much of it from the condo. "Perfect location within easy walking distance of the River Walk, restaurants and bars. We also had to travel back and forth to the UNCW campus and this location made it quick and easy! All rooms were very clean with a full kitchen and ample space in the bathroom. The parking lot was right across the street and it was well lit and safe. We will definitely look at this property first during our next trip to Wilmington!"
