"we enjoyed this property so much that we want to come back ASAP !!! it simply had everything we needed for a getaway. the kitchen was stocked with plenty of cooking tools and we loved the overall layout of the house !!! would be comfortable to travel with another couple or kids. we stayed on the deck the entire time !!! if we were going to say one thing that was missing, it would be an outside TV and fan (for the summer) !!! but wow just wow we had a great time and great stay !!!"

"The property is in a perfect location in downtown Wilmington. It was so nice to be able to walk to restaurants, etc, or to simply sit on the balcony overlooking the river. The place was clean and was the check in instructions were easy. It was also nice that parking was included. We would definitely stay here again!"

"We absolutely loved our stay in Wilmington. "Luxe at the Cove" is such a cool place to stay--We loved it, our kids loved it, and friends and family we told about it were blown away. Plenty of room, super clean, and had all the amenities you could ask for (laundry, fully stocked kitchen, etc.). The second floor patio is a great place to enjoy morning coffee, evening drink, etc. 10/10 recommend--An awesome and unique stay!"

"We enjoyed our stay. We were in town to tour UNCW and the house was conveniently located to the campus. It was a short drive to the beach and riverfront. I would recommend going to both areas. So much to do and great places to eat. The house was completely remodeled and beautiful. It was very clean and had a driveway for parking. I definitely recommend this house if you are in the area."

"Our family had a wonderful time staying at this home in Wilmington. The home was very clean and had so much space for our family. The back pool and yard area were fabulous. We had one very warm sunny weather day by the pool which was amazing. The heated pool made the pool swimmable for the kids on a cooler day.
