The Sailfish at Zephyr provided an ideal homebase for our Western Michigan vacation. The condo was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed, including a dedicated parking space. We couldn't have asked for a better location -- there was so much to do within steps from the condo! We really enjoyed watching the sunsets and nightly Musical Fountain shows from the patio and roof of the building. We also enjoyed listening to live music from the waterfront on select evenings. The host, Steve was to great communicate with and answered our questions quickly. Check in and check out were easy. We will definitely book here again the next time we visit the area.

This has to be one of the best rentals in Grand Haven, it’s right downtown, beautiful view of the boat traffic on the river, a private parking spot in a garage, within walking distance to the beach and a gym, shops/restaurants are just around the corner, easy drive to everything else, if you stay in the summer, you have a front row seat to the music fountain right from the unit, the owner is great to deal with, I could not recommend this property more!

Lake trip

We had a great time visiting Grand Haven and staying at this location. We enjoyed the views, walking distance to shops, restaurants, and the state park. We had a great week making memories with our family. The condo felt like a home away from home. This was our 2nd stay at this location and we will be back.

Perched above the Chanel, guests are treated to a commanding view of the ships, boats and nightly light show of the singing fountain. The added convenience of being close to the boardwalk and Washington made this a wonderful walkable experience for us, since there was great shopping nearby with concerts in the park as well as street musicians and music at the nearby restaurants. Mary and Steve’s place is very comfortable, clean and modern. The photos really don’t capture the spacious atmosphere and sense of luxury. I can see why their guests return each year. It was a pleasure staying here.

Amazing

We absolutely loved our stay at this Vrbo! It had everything we needed and more – the kitchen was well-stocked, the amenities were plentiful, and everything was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect, just a short walk to downtown and a mere 10-minute stroll to the beach. The view of the water from the rental was stunning, especially during sunset. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay, and we're already planning our next visit!"

Location, location, location!

What a perfect place to stay in Grand Haven. Directly opposite the musical fountains with a perfect view of the river. The beds and sofas were very comfortable, and the kitchen was well appointed. Just a few steps in either direction brings you to restaurants and shops. A lovely quiet well maintained building. We would certainly stay here again.

Adult Vacation

My husband and I visited Grand Haven for the first time this week. Location was awesome! Walking distance to all of the shops and multiple places to eat (several ice cream shops). Having a garage was a huge plus. We enjoyed watching sunsets and the Musical Fountains every night.

Fantastic Condo, Highly Recommend!

Everything about our stay was perfect. I have never stayed somewhere that was so fully stocked and accommodating! The host had great communication, but not too much either. The condo is beautiful and location is great as well. We will be staying here every time we visit grand haven. :) Thank you!

Outstanding Stay

Everything about our stay was fantastic. The location is perfect with a nightly summertime view of the musical fountain, and a short walk to the pier/beach. Everything we could have wanted was provided in the kitchen for making meals and cleaning up after. Plenty of towels; beds were very comfortable; building is pretty quiet with a lot of retirees there. Communication with the owner was great; directions for entry were clear. Can't say enough good things about our stay. It felt like "home away from home". Thank you!

Marvelous, Priced Right!

Centrally located in downtown Grand Haven. Beautifully updated with beautiful kitchen /bathrooms. Host included so many amenities such as beach chairs/beach umbrella, Tupperware, cookware, etc. You only need to bring your clothes, beach towels and a cooler.

Great property

This property was nice and clean. There’s a great view. We had an issue entering as we did not know how to work the keyless lock. Steve answered my questions quickly and we got in. Being able to park in a garage was a big plus.

Awesome location for a small family vacation…

This condo is located in the heart of downtown on the channel and is in perfect walking distance to shopping, food, dessert (3-4 ice cream places within 2 blocks!), the farmers market, and much more. It’s a short drive to the beach, but we have toddlers, so a trip to the beach requires so much gear, we wouldn’t have wanted to walk anyway. One thing to note is the parking garage below the building and the dedicated parking space. We visited at the tail end of the coast guard festival and the ease of parking was awesome! The condo itself is well furnished and clean. The view of the nightly summer light show is unbeatable. Again, with toddlers, a nightly walk down there at 10pm is not feasible but stepping out on the patio was! The kitchen is well furnished for cooking. They provide cooking spray, salt and pepper, and a decent spice rack. The bathrooms are spacious and the laundry was especially useful for us. The unit is exactly as pictured. Steve was very helpful when contacted. He is also quick to respond via VRBO and e-mail. We had a great time!

Summer visit

We LOVED the location of this property. It was perfect walking distance to shop, eat, and enjoy the area. The quick drive to the state park was fantastic. We under estimated how crowded the state park would get on the weekend, so it's easier to park and walk or get there early. Regardless we loved the beach and the close proximity to the condo. Our kids enjoyed walking the boardwalk and getting ice cream at Temptations. The condo was fantastic and the views of the musical fountain were our favorite. It could get a little loud at night (weekend) because of the location, but it still felt very quiet. Keyless entry was great and easy to use. We recommend bringing bug spray because the mosquitoes were out. Unfortunately we did not bring any. The condo had everything we needed to clean up and use to cook meals. Everything was great except the blind did not work. It was up when we got there and we did not want to mess with it, as it didn't seem to work from looking at it. The washer and dryer set is great, especially for our family with young children. The bedrooms were spacious and were able to accommodate a pack n play in the bedroom our other child slept in. We had a fantastic stay and can't wait to visit again! Especially at this specific condo.

Great place!

This location was so convenient. Walking distance to shopping, lots of restaurants and the beach! The balcony offers a great view of the Musical Fountain as well, which plays every night. Checking in was super easy, as was contacting the host with any questions that arise. Thank you!

Grand Haven getaway

Excellent time over 4th of July! Though no fireworks this year, we did enjoy the musical fountain every night. Walking through downtown every day was also a plus. Found many good eating spots. Owner was very responsive to questions that came up.

Unit was very clean and fresh and as described in listing. Great location everything within walking distance. Weekend evenings road traffic and outside festivities can get pretty loud up to 10-11 Pm. Kitchen had basics for light cooking. Netflix was a nice touch. Parking and check in were easy. Only issue we had were the beds being rock hard.

Sleek Downtown Condo
