"Mary was a pleasure to work with! What an amazing host! The Villa was very clean, the bed was comfortable and the air conditioning worked great. The drive to find a beach and go to dinner was about 15 minutes each way. The weather was not ideal when we were there, but I’m sure it would be lovely to sit on the beach right by the Villa. We were unable to use the pool, but that was just a few steps away. The community was very, very quiet and private. Thank you, Mary for everything."

Well stocked with lots of towels, garbage bags, essentials and some beach related items such as chairs. The condo was clean and property was well maintained. We did not try to snorkel directly off the property as there were some swells and we just weren't confident with how the currents would be with the rocks around. "The pictures make it look bigger than it really is. The private beach has close neighbors. But, we did really like the property and the island. It was very clean and well-stocked. Perfect for 2 couples. Great view. Nice to walk to Rum Point for dinner or to Starfish point for sunset. Highly recommend it."

"We were really looking forward to a relaxing stay. I was expecting to sit by the pool and catch up on some reading. My husband works a stressful job, so he really needed some peace. You will not find peace here. What the pictures do not show you is a huge construction project right next door. They start working around 8am and finish between 5pm and 6pm.
