All you need and more!

Family of 4 (dad, mom, 3 yr old & 18 month old) plus grandpa & grandma ( 6 total guests) - we had the best stay. From booking to checking out was easy. Bill is a wonderful host who cares about his guests stay. He accomodated us on early check-in with no issue or charge! He sent tons of great local recommendations from restaurants, attractions and things to do! The location of this property is prime! You have tons of walkable food options, bar options, beach options, shopping etc. There is a restaurant and bar onsite at the pool - swim up bar was great with great bartenders! Views from patio and everything at your finger tips. The kids pool and cove were perfect for our littles. The condo had everything you need for a perfect stay. Beach towels, beach toys and floats, kitchen had everything you could need too! Place was very spacious, very clean, and close to eveeything we needed! You wont regret booking - especially if you are a family!

Relax in the Caymans

We had a great stay. Condo is as advertised and well kept. Nice view and very easy to access the pool and beach area. Lots of chairs around both areas. Quiet, family oriented atmosphere. Property is conveniently located near restaurants that you are able to easily walk to. As always, we love the Caymans. It feels safe, welcoming, and is always beautiful. Would stay again...

Great experience

Property was as advertised. Kitchen well furnished with everything needed. Grocery store was about a 3/4 mile walk and liquor store 100 yards. About a mile to walk into town. Beach had plenty of chairs as did the pool. Pool bar/restaurant was a lot of fun. Host is very good to deal with. We would definitely stay again.

Exceptional!

The property was in a great spot! The protected cove was extremely special and makes this property stand out from the rest along this area. We snorkeled beyond the rock wall and saw many fish, some turtles, and even an octopus! Bill was a great host. 10 stars!

Beautiful place for a beach vacation!

Bill has an amazing property here, perfectly comfortable for us and our two kids. The little details like having beach and pool toys available really make this condo stellar. It has an excellent location overlooking the pool, and the swim up bar and grill was a great amenity on long lazy days when we didn’t want to leave the pool/beach. Bill himself was great at answering all our questions in a timely way. Highly recommended!

Turnkey and enjoy!

This was one of the nicest condos we’ve ever stayed in. Everything was there for us, including the little things. This is an ideal location for family with kids, the pool, the beach, all very accessible for young kids. The only drawback was the location relative to the most beautiful part of 7 mile Beech, but we learned that we could walk out on the road and go around and access that part of the beach. We went to the public beach, one day and rented chairs. That was a good option and a good way for us to get on that pure white sand and Bluewater. We also went to cemetery Beach one day and enjoyed the snorkeling beach there. Be sure to go to rum point we loved it Thank you Bill for the immaculate condo!

Beautiful apartment in a very nice resort

This is a modern, spacious, nicely decorated apartment. There is a very sheltered beach with loungers and umbrellas as well as a sizable pool. The resort is well tended. The owner of the apartment is responsive and helpful. The apartment is well stocked with almost everything you would need for a comfortable stay. The washer/dryer are also very good and extremely useful. Our only negatives are (1) both the king and queen sized beds are on the soft side which may not be to everyone's liking (2) the guest room (with a queen and single bed) is rather cramped with only one nightstand and limited access to one side of the queen bed. However, these things didn't detract from our overall experience, which was very positive.

Relaxing and non-stressful

Bill the owner was amazing. We arrived and I noticed a shortage of beach towels....he was there the same day and took some extra out of the closet. He has a bit of starter K-pods for you til you get to grocery store. Beds were comfortable. Everything was in working order. He has laundry soap there if you don't bring some (we did). Bathrooms are well stocked with towels and TP. He even has beach toys there to use for the kids! We have been to Cayman yearly and we will definitely be back here. The parking lot where you pull in is a bit sad looking but don't be dismayed.......the unit and grounds are well kept!

We absolutely loved this condo. Great atmosphere with the swim up bar in the pool, plenty of chairs around pool and at beach, food from the restaurant/bar was very good. The beach was very nice and calm. Bill the owner was very helpful and easy to reach with any questions. The condo itself was very clean and comfortable. Beds were great. Loved sitting on balcony overlooking pool and ocean. Overall such a nice place. We will return!

Great stay!

The property was clean, convenient, and comfortable. Fun pool with tiki bar and nice beach area as well. Quick drive (and often even walk) to most locations. Owner was also readily available to answer any questions. Very enjoyable and relaxing condo- would recommend!
