great communication. perfect unit in sunset cove because it has a great view of the ocean and a great view of the pool and hot tub. being on the 3rd floor it also has vaulted ceilings . truely a spactacular location within sunset cove. walking distance to many great restaurants

Our family of 4 stayed in Bills condo for 7 days. The location is perfect. Within walking distance to many restaurants and shops. We felt very safe here too. The 3 flights of stairs werent as worrisome as we originally feared and were easy to do. Condo was super welcoming and comfortable. The couch and master bed were so comfortable that we actually searched for the labels on them in hopes of us finding them when we get back home to purchase.  Beach towels, shampoo/conditioner/soap, laundry detergent (and lots more) were all available for us to use and we appreciated that. The kitchen was well supplied, and we made a meal every day.  We couldnt think of anything we were missing. We only heard a few slight noises from the family beneath us so the insulation must be good. The views were great - you can easily see the pool and also the ocean/beach. Patio is nice and large and there are tons of pool tools/snorkeling gear/floats in the wooden toy bench. We had a little lizard that would come visit us occasionally while sitting on the patio, which our kids loved. The whole condo property is well maintained and the crew was out working early every morning. Beach was beautiful and loved the snorkeling. Lazy Lizard was an added bonus. Overall this was a fantastic place to stay and we hope to visit again!

The couch fit our family of five so comfortably after post dinner swims. The balcony view was perfect for early morning coffees. Having in room laundry water accessories, shampoo/conditioner available for use made packing and travelling extra easy. We swam at the pool, drank so many smoothies, snorkeled and watched sunset nightly. So many delicious eateries nearby. I would definitely stay here again.

This is a fantastic property. The condo is very well equipped and large enough for our family of five to not be on top of each other. Bill provides a ton of outdoor toys for the beach and pool. The property is amazing the snorkeling outside the lagoon is great and the pool with the bar/restaurant is outstanding. We walked to dinner every night and loved XQs the most! We also dive with Living the Dream (outstanding) and did the stingray tour with captain marvin (also great). Highly recommend this condo.

We spent 5 nights at this wonderful condo. It was everything we wanted it to be. Very comfortable and so well stocked with everything you might need. Our stay at this beautiful Cayman Islands property was absolutely unforgettable! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how spotless and well-maintained the space was. It’s clear the owners take great pride in providing an inviting and clean environment for their guests.The villa is stocked with everything you could possibly need – from a fully equipped kitchen to beach gear for the perfect day by the water. The snorkeling at Sunset Cove was great. The highlight, however, was the breathtaking view. Waking up to the turquoise waters and enjoying sunsets from the balcony was pure magic. Whether we were lounging by the pool or enjoying a meal outside, the scenery never got old.

Wonderful trip. Owner was so on it. Needed pillows . He brought us some. Awesome couch. Great view. Bed was good. No pains. Set up well. Had about everything we needed for our stay. I use my own shampoo etc. Im a stylist. . He had it all there. Dish soap. Towels.. Well stocked and a cute condo. . . I will rent from him again. . Thank you

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was very nice and well stocked with beach toys, snorkel gear, sunscreen, bug spray, even coffee for our first morning. The view was great…can see the ocean and beach. Bed was comfortable, very clean place, nice kitchen, couch, etc. Third floor was nice with extra ceiling height. Location was great too…can walk to restaurants. Will be back.

Great Views and Well Equipped Condo

Bill was a fantastic host, and the condo was well-equipped. The kitchen had everything you needed, and we were comfortable in the living area. The photos are a legitimate representation of the unit. We appreciated that even sunblock and snorkeling equipment were available for use. The pool was never crowded, and the proximity to the beach was terrific. I will say the bed in the primary bedroom was way too soft for us - especially my husband so it is something to consider if you have back issues. There were also some minor things that I did share with Bill that could use a refresher, like the beach towels. The location is next to an empty hotel (apparently bought by Hyatt), and access to the condos was off a parking lot. Given how expensive the island is, we found the condo to be an excellent value for the price. Taxis can be costly, but a lot is walkable from the condo, which is convenient. Thank you.

Spacious and clean

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Communication with the host was excellent, the apartment had more than enough room for all 5 of us, and the property facilities were great. Everyone enjoyed swimming in the pool, hot tub and grotto. Access to transit was easy and there were enough restaurants close by that we didn’t need to go far when we wanted to eat out. The grocery store was an easy 15 minute walk down the road. Andy’s car rental is a 5 minute walk, so that made our car rental for a one day excursion very convenient. Thanks for making our time in Grand Cayman enjoyable!

Perfect location!

This condo was in the perfect location with the most beautiful views! The condo fit our family of 5 perfectly- 3 kids ages 6-11. It had everything we needed in the kitchen to cook meals. Simply Amazing!!

Wow what an amazing stay we had!! Bill was a wonderful host who answered questions quickly. The view is absolutely stunning!!! Just left here and I have to say, it was an absolutely amazing place to stay. The condo had everything we could’ve needed for the week… beach towels, coffee, beach toys, and even sunscreen! The kitchen was fully stocked with any appliance you could imagine. The ease of entry via the keypad was huge (never have to worry about keys). The condo complex was great. The beach was beautiful, the pool nice and large and even the restaurant/bar was great! We would 100% stay here again on our next trip to Grand Cayman! Perfect location for children and adults!

We enjoyed our week-long stay at the condo and the location was great. The lagoon was great for small kids as it was clear and very calm with a great sandy beach. There were fish and a few sea creatures to see snorkeling and it was good place to practice. The beach had a bin filled with sand toys and floats for all to use. Pool was great and was cleaned every morning. Lots of chairs and umbrellas both at the beach and pool. It was nearly deserted as it was the beginning of the shoulder season and school had started. The condo was very clean and well-appointed with kitchen supplies, pots and pans, dishes, etc. There were games and the balcony was great for enjoying morning coffee enjoying the view. Wonderful A/C, not noisy at all and felt very safe. The unit was updated and had a very comfy sectional and plenty of dining seating. The unit has been updated and decorated very nice. Owner was very responsive, and we met him as we arrived. Easy check-in as the door is keyless, so just use the code that is provided in advance. I would definitely stay again! Thanks for a wonderful stay, Bill!
