We didnt have an ideal experience when checking -in to our room initially.
We arrived at 9pm- after office hours so my email instructions were to find our room key left in key box, but the key that was left for us was a different key to our actual allocated room no.given in our arrival letter with room key instructions.
We ended up unlocking the door of another room which was already occupied( which was the room no. on our key that was left for us ) and then didnt have the right key for our allocated room-so we didnt have any apartment and after ringing the services no. to explain the situation, we then waited 15mins before a reply came with what we were to do.Eventually we rounded up someone ourselves on the premises and explained the situation who then got us the correct key. Once in our room ,we discovered there was no linen provided for our sofa bed- it was eventually brought to us. So overall we were not that impressed with our introduction to Montego Sands Resort
