"Host was quick to answer all of our questions prior to trip. House comes with a boat slip so we were able to rent a boat for 4 of the days we were there which was great. We loved being able to enjoy our morning coffee overlooking the water and we were lucky enough to see a dolphin swim by. We would definitely book with Kathy again. "
