Jack’s Island House was incredible! We had two families, each with 2 kids under 10 and it had everything we could want in a vacation. Kayaking and paddleboarding to the salt flats, swimming in the pool, relaxing on the deck, jumping into the ocean on the rope swing, sitting by the fire pit at night, and everything else that Exuma has to offer around the island, it was a perfect getaway. We would recommend renting an SUV of some kind as the roads off of the main Exuma highway are not easy to navigate in small rental cars. Other than that, have a wonderful time! Jack is a fantastic host and Kay had the place in great shape when we got there. They are great!

Jack's house was perfect for our 2 families. Both bedrooms upstairs are similar and 2 boys slept in the loft an the other 2 slept in the apartment downstairs.Jack and his team were extremely helpful and responsive. They really want you to have a great vacation. Kitchen was very well stocked. Everything you could possibly need. The kayaks and the water trampoline kelt the kids busy when we weren't on boats or jet skis. I would recommend this property. Thank you!

This house was absolutely amazing. There is nothing you could ask for that wasn’t provided, except your food & drink. Comfortable beds and nice furnishings. The kitchen has all the things, make sure to check out the hidden drawers.

Our stay at this beautiful waterfront house in George Town, Exuma was absolutely perfect. From the moment we arrived, we felt relaxed and at home in such an incredible setting. The house itself is gorgeous — spacious, beautifully furnished, and right on the water with stunning views and amazing amenities.One of our favorite parts of the trip was swimming out to the sandbar right from the dock — it truly felt like our own private playground. We saw turtles, stingrays, nurse sharks, and so many other sea creatures just off the deck, which made every swim and every day feel special.We also loved having the ability to play basketball and lift weights daily, which was such a great bonus and made it easy to stay active while on vacation. Between kayaking, paddleboarding, and simply soaking in the views, it felt like a private oasis.Most importantly, Jack and Kay couldn’t have been more responsive or kinder. Their communication was excellent, and they truly went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect.This was an unforgettable vacation, and we can’t recommend this home highly enough. We would absolutely love to return someday!

If you know Exuma, then you know anywhere you stay is a blessing! But this home was very comfortable and the kitchen was very well equipped. The set up with the two master en suites on the main floor was great and the huge porch with super nice screens to keep out any bugs was an extra awesome addition. The private little Cove beach is perfect for little kids and the huge sandbar in front of the unit at low tide is nothing short of spectacular. Our only constructive criticism is that the downstairs unit leaves a bit to be desired and is a bit moist and smelly. The owner is very attentive and really cares about your stay , so anything you need, he’s hands on and responds immed! We had a great six days day and would go back again! My overall rating is 4.5 stars!!!!

I highly recommend this property. Jack, the owner, is very helpful. From the moment we booked the property he sent a ton of useful information about the island, places to go for shopping, groceries, dining out, water rentals. You name it, he sent it. Cay, the property manager does an excellent job at maintaining the home and greets you upon arrival. There’s so much to do at the home you don’t actually ever need to leave. We snorkeled with sea turtles behind the house. It’s well stocked and well maintained. Book the property! You’ll have no regrets. I can’t wait to go back! The last photo is on the sandbar that’s exposed at low tide. Thank you Jack and Cay!

Our week’s stay at Jack’s Island House was amazing. There were 11 of us ranging from 9 to 73 (5 adults & 6 kids).Jack has thought of absolutely everything including things we didn’t expect. The kids throughly enjoyed the rope swing, the water trampoline & jumping off the dock.The kayaks & paddle boards were a hit with everyone. The dock was super relaxing especially early in the morning & the evening. We enjoyed watching for Barry the Barracuda& the turtle every morning even saw a ray one evening, so exciting. None of which bothered us swimming. Games, cards, binoculars, everything your heart desires it supplied. Jack was EXTREMELY responsive from booking til departure. Kay, the contact on the island, is a sweeties, very helpful & also extremely response.Everyone said this was the best family vacation we have had so far. We recommend this house . We will definitely be back.

Family vacay in paradise

We had an amazing week at Jacks Island House. Everything was impeccable. From communication before during and after our stay to incredible location and amenities. We spent most of our time exploring the local reef, blue hole, sand bar and islands directly across from the house. The house is off the beaten path providing privacy, while still having easy access to markets and restaurants nearby. We had an amazing week relaxing and reconnecting as a family. If you’re fortunate enough to stay here, you are in for a great time.

Dreamiest vacation of our life

This house was perfect for our family of 4 adults in every way. The beds were so comfy. The kitchen was great and everything was in working order. The purified water tank was a nice bonus that definitely saved us on buying bottled waters. The house was clean. There were lots of beach chairs, a big cooler and a soft cooler, life jackets, snorkeling masks and floats for our enjoyment. The workout room was used daily by my family. We also LOVED the pickleball court and rackets and balls. There was nothing extra that we had to pack other than our clothes for the week. The view!!!!! 10/10 view. The view of the sunset from the side porch was beautiful. We loved having the small beach area right outside the back porch. The decks over the water made for perfect relaxing. Great chairs and lounges to enjoy. The net over the water was the best place to watch for shooting stars at night and beautiful fish in the day. We saw sea turtles, nurse shark, barracuda and lots of tropical fish from our deck every day. Snorkeling right under the deck and alongside the bank was awesome. We kayaked out to the sandbar and beyond on days it wasn’t too windy. The location was definitely off the beaten path, but it was WORTH it!!! Ms. Kay did our grocery shopping for us and she had it placed away in the kitchen. She is such a kind lady. Jack was always quick to respond if we had a question and he gave us lots of information and great tips. It would be a dream to stay here again.

Beautiful home !

This place was as advertised. We were able to rent jet skis, and keep them on location. We also got Chef, named Joe Johnson for the week. If you’re looking for a great vacation, I highly recommend this house.

Great family vacation

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The home was perfect for our family—beautiful, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed. The large dock was ideal for relaxing by the water, and the outdoor showers were a big hit with the kids (they didn’t want to shower inside after trying them!). Every amenity was thoughtfully provided, making our trip seamless and enjoyable. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a fantastic getaway.

Amazing stay!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this house! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The house itself was beautiful, clean, and had every amenity we could possibly need. This Beach Home is Amazing

This property and the host are both amazing. Our experience from start to finish was wonderful. The property is gorgeous and the amenities are plenty. The host was communicative from the beginning and provided us with information about the island and the property which led us to have an even better time than we imagined. The outside of the property is impeccably manicured and offers stunning views of the Caribbean ocean. There is so much to do and so many things provided (kayaks, paddle boards, water trampoline and lights in the water at night for watching the fish. The interior of the property is elegant, beautiful and perfecting appointed. I could have moved in right away and never changed a thing. The kitchen was amazing and packed full of amenities. This was so perfect since we cooked most of our meals at this house. I have never stayed at a property where the kitchen contained more pots, pans, appliances, etc. than my own kitchen. If I could give this host and property 20,000 stars, I would. We will definitely be back again!

Pure Paradise

What an amazing stay and house! The home had everything we could have imagined and more. As my wife said "this house is the most stocked house we've stayed at." Great kitchen to cook in with a large variety of spices for cooking. This is oddly a huge thing for me as many rentals overlook this. The location is totally private and perfect with plenty to do right there. Off the beaten path but close enough to the markets for ease of food shopping. There is a great snorkeling spot (Blue Hole) just around the corner via kayak/SUP where we swam with sea turtles! They pop up every minute or so and are not hard to find. The low tide provides for opportunity to walk on a huge sand bar and see other marine species. The house has everything and then some and made our trip to Exuma so easy. The owner is extremely helpful from booking to checking out. We would 100% come back to this home for another stay in Exuma!

What an amazing place to stay! Great experience beginning before we even arrived. Jack is great giving plenty of information, directions, and details for a worry-free stay. At arrival, our hostess Kay, had our dreamm vacation home ready to go. Throughout our stay, Jack and Kay offered information and answered all questions. What a delightful place to stay, fitting our family friend and our family of 5. Looking forward to our next visit here as this place had anything you could ask for! I would.rate it higher if i could, thanks again Jack and Kay!!!

Perfection

Jack’s Island House is the perfect spot to enjoy all Exuma has to offer. The house is well designed, has a great layout, and is well equipped with all you need. We have 5 kids and all fit in the upper portion of the house great, not even needing to use the bed downstairs. The mini apartment room downstairs would make this a perfect house for a family traveling with grandparents or multiple families traveling together. It is in such a beautiful spot! We loved just hanging out at the house and all it has to offer! Jack also provided a ton of information for activities and restaurants and how to go about booking it all. There is nothing bad to say, just a wonderful property all around!

Beautiful Spot!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Jack’s Island House! Easy access to sand bar at low tide as well as the Blue Hole for snorkeling! Renting a boat one day was a great way to see the whole area on other side of island.
