Great location. Downfall cleaning wasn't done in timely manner during check in and hardly anyone in the office. But the staff I seen was nice.

Location is what you’re paying for here. No towels, no soap, shampoo or toiletries. Had issues checking in with Expedia reservation. Wouldn’t pay this price for this accommodation again.

While the staff worked hard during our stay, there were a few significant setbacks. Unfortunately, only one employee was assigned to cover both the front desk and housekeeping. Because of this, our 4:00 PM check-in was delayed by several hours, and we weren't able to get into our room until around 6:00 or 7:00 PM. Additionally, the next morning we discovered critters in our bedsheets. We strongly recommend a deep, thorough cleaning of the rooms and furniture before hosting future guests.

Carpet looks like it is 50 years old and never been cleaned. The room had broken furniture. The AC didn’t work, and the “white towels” were badly stained. There was also someone smoking marijuana outside their room and we had to walk part it to get in and out of our room. Bed was okay but there were not enough pillows and the ones they did have were almost completely flat. Location is very convenient. Parking is sketchy and there is literally a hole big enough to fall in in the parking lot.

For the price, it was an excellent accommodation! Only issue was consistent Hot water for multiple showers. Bathroom faucet was loosely connected to the sink but worked just fine. Host was very nice and hard working. She was running the front desk as well as cleaning rooms. Room was large and nicely decorated, too.

It was very affordable. No extras, no coffee or anything and the linens were old, kind of discolored and didn't match but I guess they were clean so okay. The carpet was kind of dirty but the bed and sheets were clean. It did not smell bad. There was food left in the fridge, not sure how long. So, I think for the price it was okay. When we got there, there is no one at the desk and the door was locked, we called both numbers on the door but did not get anyone. I found a lady cleaning rooms and guess she was the cleaning lady and the check in lady so hard to find. Communication could be better about check-in. Only ice machine was down by the office. Not sure if we would stay there again or not.

This has to be the worst place to stay in Gatlinburg. The first room we were assigned had food embedded into the light switches in the bathroom and on the wall next to the mirror. The bed had some... "Interesting" stains on the blanket and sheets. We requested a clean room or refund. The second room was cleaner by comparison but still dirty. The fridge was loud and wasn't even cold. And the fans in the bathroom make metallic scraping sounds. The fixtures were also loose and not well attached to the sink. It's a disgusting place and even if they paid you to stay here, you shouldn't.

You can walk to town, the shower handle was laying on the edge of the tub, had to affix it to the “spigot” in order to turn it on and off. Beds were comfortable
