The bedroom tv remotes didn’t work. No smart tv’s. The only tv that worked was in the sitting area. No lights outside at night. Had to use our phone flashlights at night to go down the stairs. The location was great.The tv was what killed the vibe for me. The rust in the tub, the circuit breaker box in one bedroom was not well fitted in the wall, broken chair and electrial outlet in the kitchen that the coventional oven was plugged into was not properly secured in wall but the oven was plugged in. If you would like pictures I can send them.

Perfect unobstructed views at end of street with direct beach access. The beach was quiet and clean. The house was spacious and had breathtaking views off of the expansive balcony. Saving location to stay again at a later date!

Loved the beach house, and the location, Roomy and beatifically decorated. Quick responses from management. Very clean. We enjoyed our time there (ladies retreat). Will definitely be going back!!!

Ground level lighting didn’t work the outside shower didn’t work, no grill, But the number one thing that was really bad one of the ceiling fans fell out of the ceiling and missed one of us by just a couple of inches!!!!!!! So at this point we have to worry if one of the other fans will fall. there was four ceiling fans in the living area. So was the location worth the stress and anxiety of wondering if one of the other fans would fall on top of us.

Enjoyed our stay, clean and inviting. Few things to include would be a grill, soap for dishes and sponge. Toilet paper- may wanna bring extra and towels. Tubs dripped and back door to one of the rooms would not close, my father had to fix it. Other than that the house was perfect and would stay there again.

We had a great time and loved the location of this property and the property itself! It was perfect in size for the both of us and our 2 dogs. We will definitely come back if we come back to Galveston. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because there were a few things that need to be fixed or paid attention to a little more. While they didn’t necessarily bother us or effect our trip, it’s still worth noting for others and for management.First, the spring was off one of the balcony doors, and the gate up the stairs was not functioning properly. Also, the outdoor shower seemed to be broken? I’m using it as a question mark because I wasn’t sure if I used it wrong, but it didn’t bother us because the hose was next to it so we were still able to use it. Also, the dryer needs some attention. When we first used the dryer, it kept turning off saying to clean lint, but when I’d look it was empty. I realized it was coming from inside the door and I had to manually pull out tons of lint. It was a lot…I’m not sure if the bag needs replacing but it was like this the day we arrived. It should at least be cleaned out in between stays. The trash outside by the curb was still full from the last guests so we had to use another one under the stairs. Lastly, in the bathroom by the washer/dryer, the bath tub has a slight leak no matter how hard you try to turn it off and the bathroom sink was clogged and filled up while brushing my teeth.Just some feedback for improvement :)

Love everything about this house

We had an excellent time. Couldn’t ask for a better location with beach access. It’s also a short drive from many local restaurants as well as gas stations and bait shops.

Perfect for a large family or group of friends!!

This was the absolute perfect place for us to stay for our spontaneous family getaway!! It was our first time ever staying in a rental that was right on the beach, and we won’t ever stay anywhere else now!! It is so worth it to be conveniently right there! Plus, so close to town! We had a fabulous time and hope to come back to this exact spot very soon!

BEach house

1 bedroom had a hole in wall, i bedroom door to beach had metal trim very lose. Hard to open door. Bedroom stopper was broke. Everything else was good.
