"Property was tidy, simple and fairly straightforward in terms of settling in. Once we figured out the heating - no instructions - we got the place warm. An excellent wood burner really made the lounge - plus bringing in two bedside lights for ambient lighting - and was generously supplied with kindling and wood. "We arrived at the room and found that the bedding was stained and there was hair in the bedding. The floors had not been cleaned and we refused to stay there. The listing also lists a washer and dryer...there are no washer and dryer. We asked for a refund and owner refused."
