"The studio was good for the two of us and our dogs. It is very clean and comfortable s on a farm which we found appealing. Very convenient to restaurants (Middleburg) though a distance from dog-friendly wineries. I would definitely recommend it for a short stay. "

"The location was perfect for walking to the Metro and places to eat. It felt very safe, even walking at night. We enjoyed being so close to the Washington and Old Dominion Trail and rented bikes from a nearby Capital Bikeshare station to explore. One thing that was confusing is the check in—you need to fill out a form online with your personal details before check in. Upon arrival, press “Leasing Office” on the door pad to call the front desk to be let in. We arrived at night and were confused...

"1.) The location of the neighborhood inconveniently loacted to stores, gas stations, & main roads for highway access.2.) The rental quarter is located in the back of the home: clean, well-kept w/a comfortable bed and space heaters. No TV in bedroom3.) Caution to those with physical disabilities: You have to enter the quarters by walking down a slight slope into the backyard. If there has been inclement weather, you may slip before reaching the step stones 40-60ft away. Unfortunately, the path is...

"The host was extremely gracious and made my mom dinner while we were out of town in New York for a couple of days during our stay. I had made other arrangements for her while we were away since my mom does not drive but the host went above and beyond. The walking trails around the property were wonderful, we walked 3 miles pretty much every morning that we were there around the wooded trails. We enjoyed sitting on the back patio with the view of the pond behind the house."
