Outstanding property! The Coop and Roost were both extremely clean and stocked with everything you need for your stay. The main suite bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed the beautiful furniture throughout. The hot tub is meticulously maintained and was such a welcome after shopping and riding my motorcycle in the Texas Hill country. Another nice benefit was the large parking area at this property. Lastly, the owner Joe, did a great job communicating with us. This is a wonderful property and will make your visit to Fredericksburg a memorable one.

This house had everything we could have asked for to accommodate 3 couples, my college son and my 85 yr old mother. I have to bathe my mother and her walker was able to fit through the bathroom door and the house had wide pathways for her as well. Owner and management were incredibly responsive and kind. Highly recommend this property

We had our annual managers retreat and let me tell you the coop & roost was perfect!! Super clean and it had everything we needed. The hot tub was the icing on the cake. Perfect for relaxing. Joe was always very responsive and a gracious host. We will most certainly be back.

Family Getaway

The perfect location for a weekend family trip with adult children and their SOs. Close enough to walk to all types of fun activities and good food! Nice place for a guys weekens

Awesome Stay

We had a great time at The Coop and Roost! The place was very spacious and clean with plenty of outdoor space for activities! We enjoyed the hot tub and the fire pit for s’mores! The location was very convenient being located close to downtown and several playgrounds. Fredericksburg is a fun, laid back place to stay. We also enjoyed visiting Enchanted Rock State Park!

Road Trip Squad

This is a wonderful rental for so many different reasons; location, cleanliness, a plethora of amenities, the feel that you were at home and not in a hotel, great contact with owner from start to finish, spaciousness, great neighborhood for running in the early morning hours, very welcoming atmosphere, and the most wonderful AC capability in the Coop and the Roost! Thank you for the opportunity to rent. This girls’ trip group will return and recommend!
