"Everything is exactly as described on the website. The house is very clean, decorations are very cute, sheets and towels smell fresh, the backyard is probably my favorite. I spent the weekend with my two girls celebrating their 40th birthday. The house is well-maintained and it is in close walking distance to several places you would want to visit. Ian checked on us before the visit and during the visit and made sure we had everything we needed. I would definitely come back here again."

"My husband and I enjoyed our stay at The Rosemary home. It has very nice rooms with their own bath. It would be nice if the second bedroom had a headboard about 3 feet high so the pillows did not fall off the back. The master shower is easy to use because it is level with the floor. The kitchen has new appliances and well stocked. Everything was very clean . The backyard is equipped with chairs and games. I would definitely stay again."

We had two older kids with us and the three bedrooms were perfect for our group and the living areas were comfortable to lounge around and have a conversation. The house was in good condition and conveniently located to downtown Fredericksburg. We had a small lighting issue our first morning but Karen responded immediately and helped us figure out the situation. We highly recommend this property if you are headed to the Hill Country."

"We were very pleased with this property in Fredericksburg, Texas. The residence was beautiful, with tall oak trees and a lovely pool plus plenty of parking that did not detract from the yard. The house was spacious, stylishly decorated, well maintained, and clean. "Had a wonderful stay during the eclipse. The owner treated my wife, two daughters, and me like family. We even grilled chicken together and drank some of his excellent wine. We loved the "Garden of Eden," wine selection. We stayed above the wine tasting room at the main building which had hardwood floors and was neat and clean. We took a drive down to the cabins which were very nice and secluded in the woods. They were sold out but looked very nice. Thanks for all Nitzan."
