Disappointed
Unfortunately, our stay at this property was disappointing. The cleaning was very superficial and It was clear a deep clean is urgently needed—the sofa was stained and unpleasant, and the comforters appeared dirty (we found stains on the comforters for the 2 double beds that are together in the third bedroom). We were never able to locate the remote control for the only TV, and there were no coffee pods provided, which was frustrating in the mornings. The master bathroom had a loose toilet seat, and the guest shower was clogged, making it difficult to use. Overall, the lack of attention to cleanliness and basic amenities really impacted our experience.The staff was quick to respond to our texts but failed to provide a resolution about the missing remote for the TV. They asked me for pictures of the stained comforters and sofa but failed to send me an email address where to send the photos. I was not able to provide them via the VRBO message platform, so I requested an email address where to send and they tried sending it via the message platform but they kept sending a blank email address! Very poor follow through. Photo examples attached.
