Such a very cute, warm, and cozy place for a girlfriend’s trip. Place was very clean and spacious. Great neighborhood and minutes away from Fredericksburg downtown. Highly recommend!

We were very impressed with the property, It was so easy to "check in" and everything was as described in the summary of the property, The decor was gorgeous and everything was laid out in the owner's info book. The outside patio was very inviting, We will definitely book The Carriage House at Creekside again!!!

Too short. You want to schedule enough time to relax in the property. Close to all downtown activities. I look forward to staying there again soon.

We used the property for a bachelorette trip in Fredericksburg's wine country. The home was even prettier than the photos and had a romantic vibe. We adored the kitchen area upstairs with the large table and warm-feeling decor. Everything needed was there! I volunteered as tribute to sleep on the pull out couch and was super surprised to find it actually really comfortable with an extra mattress pad and nice bedding. We'd love to stay again! Thank you.

Loved everything about it, including the lovely view over greenery down to a small flowing creek. Everything in the house worked perfectly. Owner extremely helpful to get his plumber to quickly fix an issue. 5+ stars!

We loved it, close to down town, close enough to everything to walk. Quiet, cozy place, had everything we needed. Great porch and view for morning coffee.

The layout of the place was great. We watched deer playing down by the creek from the bedroom window. Overall was a very peaceful country atmosphere. That's peacefulness however is achieved a stones throw from the heart of main Street. I will stay here again next time

Fantastic place to experience all Fredericksburg has to offer. Walk to town no problem! Quick trip to wineries! Best part is you have peace and tranquility while close to the action. Owner is very helpful and responsive. Overall no question 5 stars for me. We will be back for sure.

Stayed at the Carriage House with my 3 children when we came to Fredericksburg for Oktoberfest and the property is gorgeous! Clean, great location, nice porch with patio lights to drink coffee in the morning or hang out at night, and beautiful view of the creek from the upstairs windows. Just a short walk to Main Street. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

My husband and I were able to sneak away for a quick weekend. The Carriage house was the perfect place for us! It’s on the beautiful barons creek- very relaxing, quiet and serene. We enjoyed our coffee outside in the morning- such a treat! The house is decorated beautifully and the bed is super comfortable! It’s in a dreamy location- close to town and close to the vineyards as well. Living room, 1/2 bath and bar downstairs. Loft, full kitchen, dining, bedroom and full bath upstairs. A very nice, quiet neighborhood! Hope to visit again soon!

The Carriage House was immaculately clean and beautiful. We had everything we needed and were very comfortable. Quiet and safe neighborhood, yet conveniently close to Main St. We’d love to return.

The cottage was just right for our family of four. Clean and had everything we needed. We loved how it was in town but the nearby creek made it feel like we were in the country. Host responded promptly and was easy to communicate with.

The property was even better than expected. It was spotless, in a very quiet neighborhood, and walkable to Main St. We enjoyed the outside space, the comfortable furnishings, and the thoughtful touches found throughout the home. Communication with the owner was clear and concise. We would love to stay here again in the future!

We were a little worried because it is above the garage at the rear of the property, but we were quite surprised when we walked in. It was absolutely fantastic and more spacious that we could have imagined. The bed was very comfortable and the view of the creek was perfect!
