The drive from Fredericksburg to this VRBO i counted 32 deer one night and thats just the ones i seen. First night in the house was a chilly day/night and the house had plenty of heating to keep it warm. Shower has great water pressure. "This is our second time staying at the cottage and we love it! We love the privacy and rural area where the deer come to visit daily -a nice distance away from Fredericksburg. The cottage is well equipped, clean and baby friendly as we had a one year old and the playpen came in handy. The spaces were comfortable for our family of 6 plus a tiny one and we loved having all king beds in the bedrooms. "The houses seem very new and the location is very convenient for visiting the vineyards in the area. Waking up and drinking coffee while watching cows in the field is a nice touch. Do note they don’t have ovens or stoves so morning breakfast can be a bit difficult but minor flaw in what was overall a wonderful stay."
