Great getaway!

This house was the cutest and coziest place to stay! It’s a really close to a lot of great places on Main St. the only downside is be aware that if you drive to go to dinner, people going to the bar out back might park in the guest parking.

Great place to get away!!

Wife and I spent 2 nights in this little one room cabin just a block off Main St. This location was quiet but also provided access to nearly everything in Downtown Fredericksburg. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and it was just enough room for the two of us. The bed was very comfortable, there was a spacious shower and a hot tub in the fenced in area just outside the cabin. This trip was to celebrate our 10year anniversary. The cabin is great for couples who are just looking to get away but not be far from all the activities that are available in town.

Nice room, great bathroom, chairs are getting dirty. Need covers for outside chairs, starting to get mildew. 2 plates would be nice. Neighbor a bit noisy. Location is great. Do not like paying over half up front 2 months early.

Great Location

The stay was overall great. I was a little surprised at the size of the place, but it ended up being perfect because we were rarely there! It was a great location and only one block off Main Street. We initially booked this over other places because of the hot tub and when we showed up there was no hot tub. We were extremely disappointed because the listing still had it on the pictures and we were never updated about the change. Other than that, it is a great place for a couple that just needs a place to sleep after exploring the town and wineries!

Cute cottage and perfect location

We were disappointed to see the hot tub was covered when we arrived. This was a search filter when choosing a place to stay. Location was great and inside was clean and pretty. Cottage should have been stocked with enough toilet paper and bath towels for 2 people to stay 2 nights.

Great location!

Location was great for access to all things downtown. Bed was just ok. Shower was just ok. We were looking forward to using the hot tub but were unable to because there were no instructions or information about the length of time it takes to heat up (which was unusually long). Reached out via text early and then had to call to ask for instructions. After 7 hours was still not warm enough to use.
