After sitting on the bed, my husband felt bugs on his legs. There were little black bugs, crawling on his legs that came from the bed. After looking at the bedding, there were bugs within the bedding. At this time, I also noticed how filthy the corner of the bed was with lots of dust, hair, and grime caked in the corners. We were there for approximately 30 minutes before noticing all of this. I reached out to the host to let them know that they had bedbugs and that we could not stay there. They offered to send “cleaners.” I’m sure this will be a very nice place once it is properly treated.

Substitute priperty

The day we were driving to said property, property management called and said there was a pest problem with original property. So I had to pull off highway and make a division on substitute property. The substitute was 15 a night cheaper I do believe, but no offer of a credit. The sub property had very tight parking(which original did not) and we were I. Crew cab truck. The sub property had a smaller dhower(in which we were looking forward to large shower) the sub property had a hot tub, but you had to go out front door and through a gate to get to (original had access from back door). I believe original also had full kitchen and sub only had kitchenette. Overall felt like substitute property was a big downgrade from what we originally were looking forward too.

Relaxing stay

Very clean and pretty. A few of the jets did not work in hit tub but wasnt a deal breaker. Didn't really care about all the things they expect you to do. Start dishwasher, clean dishes (which i understand). They also want the towels started in wash and bed stripped and in a pile and all trash carried to the dumpster. A cleaning fee was already paid for. They also either make you pay a non refundable fee for insurance or charge a huge fee (refundable) if everything is "approved" by housekeeping you get that money back. I was scared to touch or use anything honestly. Even used my own trashbag. I would stay there again though, we had a nice time.

Short Stay

Everything was great other than the neighboring condo is divided by a double door so about 2AM the neighbors got in and were extremely loud so sleeping at night is difficult if you get loud neighbors at the next-door rental.

A Fredricksburg Find

This was an absolutely great place to relax and enjoy Fredricksburg. Walking distance to downtown stores, food and more. The outside patio and fire pit were really cool as well.

Location is great! Would stay here again. Only downfall is need to have fireplace poker etc for the fireplace inside. Let people know they have to bring firewood before. I absolutely love the place bed was comfortable and location is perfect❤️ host fast at responding to questions.

We really enjoyed our stay in Fredricksburg. The house was great and the location was just 2 blocks from Main Street. We ate dinner one night next door at a restaurant which was nice to have something so close.

Lovely weekend getaway

This property was very clean and met all of our expectations for a relaxing weekend getaway. The hot tub was very hot on the first night but the next night we opened the cover for a couple of hours before getting in and the temp was perfect. Didn’t use the kitchen but it seemed to have anything we might need if we did use it. Will definitely co spider eenting tbjs unit again.

Perfect romantic retreat

This was a wonderful getaway for us. It is in a great location, just a couple of blocks from Main Street, shopping and coffee shops, 20 minutes from Enchanted Rock and most of the wineries. We enjoyed hiking, exploring the shops, and wine tasting. It was an amazing and relaxing vacation. Thank you!
