The hot tub and pool were enjoyable. The enclosed porch area was also very nice.However, the picture of the pool area on the website made the area to be much brighter and newer than it actually is. The table adjacent to the grill could use some deep cleaning as could the grill. The reclining lawn chairs had no cushions.

We had a great time. The house is beautiful, very comfortable. It was very accommodating for our large family. We were able to enjoy all of the features that the property provided, spa, pool, porch, fire pit, spacious living room, and private rooms with bathrooms. We plan on returning with more family members.

Perfect set up for a couples weekend!

We enjoyed a weekend with couple friends to celebrate my husband’s 50th. We wanted plenty of private space for everyone, easy access to downtown, and a fun outdoor area. This property checked all the boxes!!! Every couple had their own bed and private bathroom (and there were still beds to spare…space can sleep so many people)! The kitchen was great…we barely used it, though. However, the outdoor space was phenomenal! We planned to do a dinner in town Saturday night, but the pool was so inviting, that we ordered pizza, enjoyed fun drinks, played music, and lived in the pool until curfew (10pm)! Loved this house and the space for couples, large family events, or girls’ weekend! Super happy with this house—everyone kept commenting on what a find it was! Book this if you need plenty of space and want an outdoor retreat!!

Bachelorette Party

Clean and comfortable house able to fit a group for a bachelorette. All the girls were able to have their own bed, as the house was very spacious. Backyard is great for relaxing and eating a meal. Great communication and responsiveness from host. Highly recommend!

Perfect for a group!

Can’t say enough great things about our stay! Jennifer was such an awesome host and very responsive to anything that came up. The beds were extremely comfortable and the house is large, plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Take your swimsuit and enjoy the pool and hot tub!

Beautiful home right off Main!

We best girlfriends have been doing a girls' trip for the last 5 years to wine country. This is by FAR our favorite house to stay at yet! It is large and spacious, but also the rooms are separated to allow for privacy or those wanting to sleep in. All of the beds and linens were unbelievable comfortable. Our favorite part though was the outdoor space. The patio was the perfect size to share with friends, not to mention the beautiful heated pool and hot tub. Any questions we had were immediately answered within minutes. I would give more than 5 stars if I could, and we already plan to book this house next year!

Bunco Babes Girls Trip 2024 was Perfection! The home was better than expected!! Comfy mattress and linens. Pool was warm and ready to swim in. TVs in all bedrooms. The art work is pretty too. Property manager Jennifer was top notch and responded fast when we had a question. We will be back and we give this beautiful home 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ plus! Thank you for a wonderful weekend!!

Girls Trip 2024 (Office)

What a perfect place to stay for a group. This house is spacious and beautiful. The location is just far enough and just close enough. I wish we could have stayed all week. We had 11 women from the office staying and we were never once on top of each other. Loved it!!

Family retreat

Absolutely the most perfect vrbo ever! Great host, Jennifer! Swimming pool area with covered kitchen, lounge chairs and fire pit was fun for all ages 6 months to 81! Wrap around screened in porch was the meeting place for morning coffee and kids games. Luxury linens and room locations met all our needs. Close to downtown and HEB. We plan to stay there again when all 18 of us from 3 states get together.

Best Bachelorette Weekend!

This home was perfect for our group size of 14. Plenty of space, yet enough private space. Large kitchen, large dining table, large living area. The bedrooms were spacious with very comfortable beds and bathrooms for each. The pool, the screened porch and all of the beautiful furnishings just made this trip perfect. I highly recommend this home for a large group. We had a few questions prior to arrival and they were all answered very quickly. We will be back for other celebrations!

Fabulous

Upon walking in the first day, I felt like I was entering a five-star spa lobby. Everything was perfect. We had seven guests and everyone had their own space. The hot tub was ready for us and all the amenities were taken care of. I was the planner of this retreat, and most of my guests said it was the best when they had ever been on. I think a big part of that was this house. I could not have asked for more. I would definitely stay here again!

Making Memories

This was our second time to stay. We really don't do much in Fredericksburg, though we did visit the Giraffe preserve, Long Neck Manor and it was amazing. But the house is SO great ... we never want to leave. We played baseball with the kids, rode bikes around the neighborhood, played games, sat around the fire pit. Cooked and ate at home. It was just the best time! Memories made!

Amazing Fun Property

10 adults had a long weekend in Live Oak Haus, and it was perfect for our needs. It is difficult to find a property that has five king/queen suites with in-suite bathrooms. Very roomy, great amenities, good location and very helpful host. We would book this property again.

I rented this beautifully appointed home to celebrate my daughter's 25th birthday. There were a total of ten of us. The accommodations exceeded expectations. Property manager was always quick to respond before and during our weekend. This was a great experience!! I would absolutely rent it again!
