They went above and beyond to help us out from Georgia booking taxis for us to my friend behind the bar going to his house to get me cigarettes when I had run out big thanks (hope you enjoy Edinburgh 👍👍👍) cleanliness spot on ,food amazing,and very reasonable for top quality,. would recommend to anyone looking forward to seeing you all again thanks "

"A very warm welcome on arrival, with a clear explanation given of things that we needed to know. Help offered with bags and an escort given to our more than pleasant booked room (Cathedral View). Facilities in room all that one might require, and with a comfortable bed. Very tasty breakfast options available from 07:30 am with a range of beverages. An easy check out procedure on departure. "I have to say that the hotel met absolutely my expectations. The room was comfortable, nice and clean. Furthermore the hotel staff was really nice and friendly. The only negative aspect was the cleaning of the toilet once we were staying in the room. For instance, in 4 nights we had the same towels although, I imagine that they would have solved the problem inmediately if I had notified it. In general, everything was quite good. I strongly recommend it."
