We loved the place! We enjoyed the pool, dock, kayaks, bikes. The bikes need some minor TLC, just some tightening of the handle bars and seats. We loved the privacy of split bedroom wings. The floorplan was perfect for us with private areas for quiet time. The kitchen is well stocked. We would love to stay here again!

Everything was pretty nice. There were a couple of things that needed attention. The kitchen sink handle kept falling off and there was an outlet in the bedroom that was probably hazardous. And the bathroom sink in the master suite was leaking. But none of those items took away from the awesomeness of the house. The house was clean and nicely decorated. The pool was clean and warm. We would definitely stay there again!

We have been staying at Sue Larson properties for over five years, and this was our first time at Villa 11—it did not disappoint! The outdoor living space and pool were wonderful, and having a bathroom right off the pool was such a convenient touch. The views and sunsets were absolutely stunning. We know the caliber and quality of Sue Larson properties never fail us, and Villa 11 was truly amazing.

We rented this house 2 years ago and were so happy when it was available for our vacation to Florida this year! The house is spacious and always very clean when we arrive. The location is perfect for fishing, kayaking or just relaxing under the tiki hut overlooking the canal! Love everything about this place and will definetly be booking if available for our next vacation!!

Old friends annual trip

It was comfortable, clean and great space for 5 grown woman. The only part i didnt like was the constant reminders all over the house and emails reminding us about garbage. The strict check out cleaning list was a bit much. Of course we were going to leave it clean and strip the beds and wash towels..but the wording was so over the top.

Eight is enough group

We loved our stay. This house has plenty of amenities for the pool, beach, water and biking. . Beach towels are included in your stay. Our dryer went out, but was fixed within a couple hours. We we stay here again

A Week in Paradise!

The location is perfect and quiet. The house provided everything that we needed for the week. There were a few minor issues but we were able to work around it. The view is great during the day and at night. There are restaurants, shops, and grocery stores just a short car ride away. We enjoyed using the umbrella, beach chairs, fishing poles, bicycles, and kayaks.

Perfect location - walk to the beach! Amazing house esp outside!

The house had everything! The outside space was wonderful - coffee in the morning on the canal. Happy hour by the pool after a day at the beach - which is walking distance! Beach chairs and an umbrella made our beach days so comfortable. The master bedroom was spectacular as was the kitchen. Love all the ceiling fans to keep cool. Didn't spend much time in any other areas of the house since the outside is so amazing. But it looked comfy:)

Excellent Property!

Property was very clean and as advertised. You just need to pay attention to what is included in your rental. There was plenty of dish and shower soap, but we had a large group staying for a week, so the allotment of two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom was not quite enough. Despite that, we wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again!

Perfect family get-away

Home was perfect for our adult family of 7 :)Loved hanging out by the pool, cooking meals together and proximity to airport and beaches. Bummer pickle ball courts and tiki hut at the end of the street were destroyed by storm. Would definitely recommend!!

Beautiful Beach Home

This home was perfect for our family vacation. We had 3 of our adult kids and there was plenty of space for everyone. We loved the neighborhood, just blocks from the beach. We walked down to watch the sunset each night. There were kayaks that we used to explore the canal. We had a blast in the pool. The house was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed to cook most of our meals. We never had to call for anything, as we never had any issues. On the way home we asked everyone their favorite part of the trip. My daughter’s boyfriend said his was the house! I would definitely stay again!

Exactly as pictured

We had a great stay at this property! There is plenty of space and it is super close to the yacht club beach. I’m not sure how people get into the kayaks that are offered for the canals as there is a bunch of build up on the bottom of the ladder, but maybe they carry them to the beach to get into them? The pool was great!

Many things I could compliment the host for. The house was just one. It was in a quiet neighborhood and on a canal. The information provided about the house, restaurants, activities, and stores was invaluable. Loved our boat ride with Captain Bruce who was recommended. Great place. Only bad thing was the weather. Family Get Away

Had a wonderful time with family at this beautiful home. Kayaking, fishing, swimming. Short walk to Boathouse for good food, good music and beautiful sunset. Host is very responsive and kind.

Perfect villa for a relaxed vacation

Opened the door and the 2 week vacation started instantly. Generous space for 6 adults - even in the pool. A/C and other appliances worked perfectly. Short ways to shops and restaurants, we even walked to the small but fine Cape Coral Beach. The contact to property manager was always prompt and transparent. The velocity for the deposit-release was stunningly fast. Thanks for a great vacation Alex Burk and family
