This house is a home with everything you need for a great Florida stay! It’s peaceful and ina quiet and tranquil neighborhood. The area is rich with anything you could possibly need shopping wise. Although beaches are a drive, they are worth the trip! Sanabel is the closest beach. There are excellent restaurants nearby. We hope to be back next year!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your lovely home. The house was neat and clean and very spacious. The sunroom was so inviting and the perfect spot for an afternoon nap! The area was very nice with many restaurants, grocery stores and shopping. It was close to walking trails and golf. We had no issues with the house whatsoever, and all instructions were clear. We look forward to revisiting! Thank you!!

Awesome vacation place!

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was fully equipped and clean! The only problem was the lock box!! We are of shorter stature and couldn’t see the directions on closing box!! Any questions were answered by Sue.

Very comfortable house

House was in a good location (easy access to lots of shops/restaurants) and in a nice neighborhood. There are lots of different sitting areas which was nice since we were at 5 adults. We sat on the patio overlooking the pool and canal most of the time.

Gemütliches Haus in schöner Kanallage

Wir haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Leider hatten wir am ersten Abend Probleme mit dem Licht, welche aber zügig am nächsten Morgen behoben wurden. Danke an Steve. Das Haus ist schon etwas älter,was man an den Betten und dem 2. Bad( alte Dusche in einer Badewanne) merkt, jedoch punktet es mit einem sehr schönen verglasten Raum zum Pool hin. Das Haus ist für sein Alter gut gepflegt und ansprechend eingerichtet.Die Küchenausstattung ist gut.Zwei Kajaks stehen zur Verfügung, wovon eines einen defekten Sitz hat. Das ist in vorherigen Rezensionen bereits erwaähnt worden. Die Betreuung durch Steve und Sue bezüglcih einschecken und Tipps für Unternehmungen ist wirklich sehr gut. Abschließend kann man sagen, dass das Haus vom Preis-Leistungsverhältnis absolut in Ordnung ist. Wir hatten eine schöne Woche.

Authentic Florida style...

... in a polarizing house in a prime location in Cape Coral. Overall, we had just enough of a pleasant stay. The house is spacious, clean at first glance and equipped with many necessities. Unfortunately, much of it was limited and needed to be cleaned or repaired before use. We had a lot of contact with the property manager in the first few days. Steve took care of some problems, repaired lamps and arranged for a new coffee machine and dishwasher. He even surprised us with a present for our wedding anniversary. The cleaning equipment available was unusable or inappropriate (unpleasant finding the vacuum cleaner filled with generations of dirt). It is also unfortunate that the photos in the advertisement do not reflect the actual furnishings, which led to surprises that were not positive. The outside area is poorly maintained with clear risks of injury and problems such as taped up or broken light switches. Old furniture accumulates in the garage, the beach chairs there are broken and unusable. Comfort ratings are often subjective, but here they agree with other reviews: the upholstered furniture and beds are worn. The house weathered Hurricane Milton well, but the repaired screen continues to provide inadequate protection from mosquitoes. After meeting the owner, we felt our concerns were confirmed. Would we recommend the house? Yes, because of the location, but not because of the condition. With Steve's help, we left the house in a better condition than we had found it.

Great location for boating

Very clean property. Property was equipped with everything we needed for cooking and cleaning. Boating was a breeze getting out of the canal and onto the river to the gulf. Neighborhood was really nice. Have no complaints

Perfect, especially for a familiy!

We‘ve been here for about two weeks and had a very good time. The house is great, very clean and the pool was a ton of fun. During our stay we missed nothing and we are looking forward to the next holiday in Cape Coral.
