Heated pool was great! Home was clean and plenty of space. It worked well for our group of 8 and sleeping arrangements. 2 kids could also easily sleep on the couch. If you want to be close to the beach, It was a bit far from Ft Myers beach, which took about 50 minutes to drive too. Neighborhood was very quiet the whole time.

Overall the stay was fine. The pool was never warm so that was a bummer because it was too cold to use. When we arrived the beds were not made and dirty towels were on the washer.. Spoke with the property manager it's a property manager and she did get this resolved while we were at dinner.. Told me we would get a gift card for dinner but that did not occur. Overall the house was nice. My kids loved the pool table.

Getaway

The home was spacious with plenty of sleeping space for our group. All the amenities were modern; the pool was small but clean and the canal also had a dock/sitting space available. The only downfall were the acoustics in the large great room. There was no way one could watch TV and also have conversation!

Summer Vacation

The first thing we noticed is the house did not look nearly as big as the pictures present it. It looked like a really big house, but it was not. It is very possible that the size was mentioned in the listing and we overlooked it. However, it is a lovely home and everything in the pictures are represented correctly. The house was "clean" but there were things that made us feel like it wasn't; dried food on spatula, food crumbs on floor under cabinet, a moldy shower curtain liner (we bought a new one), the 2nd bathroom needs a new tub, there was mold in grout and on bottom of tub, so it looked dirty but it was just stained. There were food crumbs in fridge, the dishwasher was filled with smelly water (probably sat for awhile) it really smelled bad when we arrived, which made us feel like it had been awhile since the house had been checked. I will say that we called company, the manager apologized and came over himself to try to address/clean the dishwasher (the maintenance man wasnt available until the next day). He did clean it out well with clorox to kill germs and the smell. He also purchased a new pool stick as one of them was broken. Once we got over those initial issues, we did enjoy the house. The pool table was great, the swimming pool was clean and the house was comfortable for us. I love the beach, we tried a couple closer beaches but ended up driving to Sanibel daily which was over 30 minute drive. We found a stretch of public beach by the bridge between Sanibel and Captiva and enjoyed watching the dolphins throughout the day, jumping and swimming close to the beach. Not crowded, lots of shell collecting and great swimming. We felt safe, nice neighbors throughout the subdivision and lots of good eating close by. The boys were able to go to batting cages and the kids played putt putt as well. Once we got past the initial issues we had a great time.

Good location. House is big with nice pool.

For sure needs to improve on cleaning ( lots of spider webs and insects in the house, dirty furniture ). I think overall its a beautiful house, good location close to stores and restaurants. About 20 miles to Ft Myers beach,but with traffic it takes about 1 hour. Washer and dryer in the house which was nice. Beautiful islands around this area.

A much needed get away. Lovely home close to shopping and airport. Easy drive to Fort Meyers Beach

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Plenty of cookware/ cups etc... The only thing I would have liked would be to have some cleaning products left at the house so that we could clean up ourselves after the stay. We did go out and buy these and left them for the next people.

Could have been such a relaxing holiday

The house layout, pool and garden are as described. However the agency did not inform us that a construction at the neighbor lot is going on. Their would have been enough time in advance to offer us an other house during the cancellation period. So we think that behavior is quite unfair. Also the neighbor next door has 4 barking dogs. So we could not really enjoy the wonderful house.

We like the house and locations. Only negative side that there was constrictions next door and those tractors and trucks started beeping at 7am...:), and house does not have kayaks........Other wise everything was really nice

Great place to stay and great location!

This property was excellent. Only drawback was that the tv cable was the most basic, and we had no kids channels. We had no water when we arrived, but the property manager got that fixed in less than 15 mins. Which was awesome!

The house was as advertised! We have rented many houses over the years and this one was one of the best stocked. The kitchen had everything we needed. I like that the house had some paper products to start and laundry detergent. The master suite was large as well as the bath. May consider replacing mattress soon, it was ok but not great. Overall the neighbor was residential and quiet. We enjoyed our stay. Thanks.

Wonderful place to vacation

We stayed in this house for a week in February. There were 5 of us and we had more than enough space. The home was clean and well stocked. The kitchen had plenty of pots, pans, dishes and silverware. There were bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas and a cooler supplied for those who wanted a little exercise or to visit a local beach. The pool area is beautiful and the pool temperature was perfect all week. Sitting down by the canal was peaceful and enjoyable each night. The house is very close to Publix and Target for shopping and there were plenty of places to eat within 5 minutes of the house. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Toller Urlaub in einem Traumhaus

Vielen Dank, dass wir unseren Urlaub in Ihrem Haus haben verbringen dürfen. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. TOP Service durch Roelensvavation (auf deutsch). Alles sauber, ruhig. super Lage. Um etwas Musik zu hören wäre vielleicht eine Soundbar o.ä. praktisch.Kommen bestimmt wieder und empfehlen es auch gerne weiter.
