Host was very welcoming and responsive. The room overall was fine. I feel like the floors could be mopped. Many stains on them. The room was pretty hot and stuffy without the in window air unit on. Very close to the beach and boardwalk which was great. Very loud area.

The property is nice and clean. Location is great with the boardwalk a 30 second walk away. Do not rent a car, everything you need is walkable and parking is $40 per day. Check your VRBO account for updates as communication through email did not occur. 4 stars.

Ok

Clean but small, air conditioning unit was not adjustable (remote didnt work) which made it a bit uncomfortable in the loft sleeping area ( as heat rises), that being said, its a nice unit close to beach access.

The condo was well cared for and clean. We arrived late on a Friday night and quickly discovered what a nightmare parking was going to be. After sitting for 30 minutes, a space finally opened up on the street. After getting unpacked, we went to take showers and that's where the real issue began. The shower in this unit has no water pressure. There wasn't enough pressure to get the soap fully rinsed off our bodies, let alone wash hair! Also the water temp fluctuated from normal to scalding hot to freezing cold. We contacted the manager the next day, the tech arrived that afternoon and explained to us that due to the location of the unit and having only one water line, if other units are using water, its going to affect this unit. We quickly decided we couldn't tolerate this and immediately checked out. We asked for a refund due to the water issues which they declined but wanted me to cancel our RSVP which I declined. Since they are not offering us a refund, it was still our unit for the weekend and we were not going to cancel so they could try to book it out to someone else. Would not recommend this property due to the parking and water issues.

Nice getaway

This condo is a stones throw away from the Broadwalk which makes it very convenient. i feel a big negative - and this is for most places you stay in Hollywood though - the parking is awful. If you don't need a car I would suggest Uber. We needed our car and it was a nightmare finding somewhere to park and for some of the days we had to pay $20. Also the water pressure is awful. The info states that there is a full dresser - but it is only 3 drawers - and there is no closet. We had to go and buy hangers as there was a small thing to hang things on but no hangers to do so. The bed was very comfortable - this particular condo had no pull out sofa. Overall I have to say that it was pretty much as expected - but next time we would go elsewhere that had more room for our clothes etc.

Great location and very clean

The entire experience was smooth and easy. Kat was very responsive and accommodating. We asked for an air mattress and it was provided. She immediately responded to my e-mails and texts. The property was very clean and looked just like the pictures. The location is perfect, just steps from the beach and boardwalk.

Hobe lofts

Property was super nice we really enjoyed it! Only complaints we had through the whole stay was hot water pressure in the shower is needed. Other than that they give you everything you need from towels, beach towels, refrigerator, dishes. Soap, shampoo...etc was a super pleasant experience and we would for sure stay again.

Cute but smaller than we thought

We loved the concept and the cleanliness of the property. However, the bathroom was cramped, the toilet paper wasn’t very good (we ended up buying our own) , the water pressure in the shower was terrible , and the a/c really works well!! Too well!!, other than that we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Thank you!

Fully complete . Comfortable beds. Easy to walk to beach. Parking was a little tricky. Air conditioning was a little loud but overall very nice stay.

Well kept place! Close to everything!

Spent a weekend at Hollywood Beach. This place is as described! Very quiet street (with nightlife just steps away). Beach and boardwalk are very close! Owners do a great job with communication before and during your stay. Flew in and didn’t rent a car. Walked to convenience store and plenty of places to eat and drink. If there was a drawback, limited towels in the unit. Other than that, great place to stay!
