Me encantaron las instalaciones, todo muy limpio, el personal súper amable, la comida muy rica, excelente servicio. Lo único que no me gustó, fue que no hacían las actividades que estaban anunciadas en el lobby.

Decepcionante, esperábamos mas !!
Mala experiencia en general. El hotel se ve muy bien, pero el servicio no es aceptable para el nivel de precios que tienen. No hubo limpieza de la pieza si se sale a las 2PM. Ni siquiera nos prestaron toallas para ir fuera del hotel. Muy ruidoso, desde las 9AM imposible dormir. Valet parking muy caro 45 por noche, y perdieron el tag del auto y al irme me dijeron que me cobrarian a mi 20 dolares... En fin no lo recomiendo y no volveria.

La limpieza estuvo bien lo que me choco fue servicio valiant park ya el costo cara el hotel no digo que tenga ese servicio pero debe ser opcional debe hotel su propios parqueos lo otro deben tener mas actividad en área de la playa. Se que estamos bajo pandemia pero ni música ponen área de la piscina muy poco actividad en hotel por lo de más bien

This property was very clean and safe feeling! The vanilla latte is amazing in the little store on site! I really didn't like that the pool closed at 7pm! Our stay was just fine though! The bed is really comfortable best hotel bed I've stayed in for a very long time! All valet parking personal were amazing! I would recommend this hotel its right on the beach and beautiful. I love the soap as well for the bathroom and shower!

We had a great time at Grand Pelican Resort. I love the beach front location, the big balcony, the view is spectacular, the food and service are excellent. I didn’t give 4 stars because the cleaning was mediocre and the building overall is due for an upgrade. Also the valet parking is overpriced and there is no self park parking available.

Best stay, really liked how friendly and exceptional service was from all the staff, it's nice to see such a well run hospitality venue, thinking of every detail to relaxing music in areas, and enjoyed built in gratuity as it seems to help everyone as staff very pleasant and happy and we did not have to worry about finding our credit card upon making a transaction which made for very enjoyable Vaca. Beautiful location, resort off from the busier Ft. Lauderdale traffic. Walkable to state park where you can catch the water taxi into Ft. Lauderdale. Restaurant onsite tasty but a bit pricey. Hard to beat the view. Work out room has the basics. Pool and lazy river very cramped, hard to justify resort fees honestly. Staff very friendly. Generally clean and our room was lovely. Would consider staying again if could find a better rate.

This was my first time and my last time staying at this resort. Highly overpriced, not accommodating at the front desk and rooms need better beds without sharp corners stabbing your legs every time you maneuver around the bed. 👎

The hotel is beautiful. The location is amazing. However, the staff is not friendly and the service is terrible. The food at the restaurant is terrible and the service at the hotel and restaurant is VERY slow and not polite. I don't know if this is a Florida thing or just this hotel.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Pelican Grand Resort in Fort Lauderdale. From the moment of our arrival, the staff exhibited exceptional friendliness and professionalism. Despite our early arrival, our room was prepared promptly, offering us a stunning oceanfront view that exceeded expectations. The cleanliness of the hotel was commendable, and we found the dining experience at the restaurant to be superb. The beach access, particularly the VIP option with reserved pool and beach amenities, added significant value to our stay. We must highlight Adam, a member of the beach staff, whose outstanding service and kindness contributed immensely to our enjoyment. We extend our gratitude to the entire team at Pelican Grand Resort for facilitating a truly memorable vacation experience.

Property was great and check-in staff made our trip even better. Rooms were very cute but the electrical plugs didn’t work and the lights would turn on in the middle of the night.
