Loved it!

Had a great time and loved this rental (#1). They have dealt with the minor issues mentioned by others, there are now towel hooks in the bathroom and bedroom and privacy film is covering the bathroom windows. We were all but on the beach it was so close and the little patio was very nice to sit on in the morning with coffee.Would definitely rent here again.

Had someone breakout bathroom window

This place mis scheduled a window repair and we had what we thought was someone breaking in ! He was busting through the glass in our bathroom !! I called owners immediately and didn’t hear back for 45 mins! We were terrified! I have since been trying to get a one night refund and they just keep responding with “ this has been sent to our escalation team” it’s been 2 weeks and numerous emails. They also said they would come clean up the glass in our bath tub and replace privacy film on the window which was never done, I ended up cleaning up all the glass. They ended up giving me a $60 credit — such a joke, considering what I paid and what we went through. My daughter was terrified! I will NEVER stay at another VR Design!!

So close to the beach!

Walking distance to the beach and the boardwalk. Super clean, and surprisingly a well stocked kitchen. My only complaints were the super tight parking spots, our car was fairly small but we were parked next to a huge pickup which left little to no room to even exit out car. Another complaint is the lack of towel racks, where do you even hang your wet beach towels? If I can make a suggestion to add black out curtains to the windows in the living room, for those using the sofa bed. Overall it was a great stay. We'll be back!

Perfect Beach Property

We really enjoyed our stay at the Fillmore. The property was clean, perfectly appointed and very close to the beach and restaurants. The parking was a bonus. We would definitely stay here on a future visit.

I liked the decor, big comfortable bed, room was clean. I didn’t like the dirty patio, tight parking spots, shower handle was hard to turn, there was a floor towel for the bath tub that was discolored and had a hole. Otherwise, we had a nice stay.

Paradise by the beach

We absolutely loved our stay. The proximity to the beach was perfect for such a great price. The place was impeccable when we walked in. Communication was out of this world, they never hesitated to get back to us with any questions or concerns and attended to everything promptly. We give this place an A+++. We have stayed at many places on Hollywood beach and this is by far our favorite. Just what we needed. Thanks to the host and the rental company for going above and beyond to make sure every detail was taken care of.

Great location!!

Nice place great location! I would suggest a few changes. I feel the shower window would benefit if it was frosted. I never felt like i had complete privacy when I was showering. It would be nice if the towels were a little nicer. They were very thin and old. Also, if there was a towel bar in the bathroom. Other than those few little things we enjoyed our stay.
