Unfortunate

We had a terrible interaction with owner. Called to request check-in information and asked lack of recent reviews - was told I was absurd and weird for asking for reassurance. Upon arrival after dark - no lights on,no house instructions, trash overflowing, 24 towels stuffed in dryer (had to re-wash several bc visibly dirty), crumbles in corners of floors, master sheets had long brown hairs and makeup stains on pillows, house needs some maintenance for sure. We were exceptionally disappointed and felt uncomfortable during our entire stay.

Girls Weekend

Four forty something women enjoyed a wonderful stay for 3 nights. There was a bed available for all of us, very comfortable, and clean. The kitchen was very nice. The pool was very refreshing and sitting on the dock was very calming. The location is perfect. We were able to walk in one direction 1.5 miles to Las Olas Beach and 1-2 miles in the other direction for dining/drinks, river walk, etc Highly recommend!

Paradise!

The property is very clean and well maintained. The location is close to all the action, but quiet on a peaceful canal. Christian, the host, was immediately responsive to any questions or concerns, and was a pleasure to deal with. The only recommendation our group had is to provide some floaty pool noodles. But we loved our stay and felt really fortunate to find this perfect place!

Guys Trip

This house was perfect for our stay. It was close to everything we needed (beach, nightlife of Los Olas). It comfortably fit seven men and the pool and dock were ideal for just hanging out with a beer. Christian was extremely responsive. We had an issue with the Wi-Fi the first night (neighborhood outage) and Christian was quick to fix the problem and go out of his way to make it up to us. Overall, five stars!

A Great Space

We utilized this space for a bachelorette weekend, and it was the perfect escape. The house was clean and spacious, and the backyard lent itself to a private relaxing stay. Not to mention the close proximity to Las Olas which was perfect for us when bouncing back and forth to the house. The beds were super comfortable, and the shared space was cozy and quaint for hanging out or playing games to escape the poor weather conditions.

Great house

The house was exactly as it appeared online. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was really nice. The back screened in area and dock were great too. There is a slight odor to the property but not bad. Just an older home on the water. The canal was great and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Fun getaway

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was beautiful as well as the property. We had everything we needed and had a great time. The pool was relaxing and wonderful and we enjoyed sitting on the dock and hanging out. Loved the outdoor bed for nighttime hanging out. The area is perfect and close to everything from shopping to restaurants to the beach. We will definitely be back. Thank you for a wonderful getaway.

Beautiful home great location!

The property was perfect! And had everything two families may need! The pool was the perfect size and the kids loved it! A little walk to enjoy las olas Blvd and a little longer walk to enjoy the beach. Overall loved our stay! Plenty of room for two families!

Nice and roomy

Very nice property in a great neighborhood. The place was stocked fairly well except for there was no hand soap in any of the bathrooms. Wifi was terrible until we figured out to restart the modem. Location was fun right on the canal with a great dock if you have a boat or just to lounge on the water. Neighbors had kayaks we borrowed which were very fun to have. Plenty of room for 3 couples and the pool was nice and clean. Nice big kitchen and the screened in porches were nice off dining room as well as master bedroom. Sometimes contact with manager was delayed but it worked out. Had to supply our own hand soap. Plenty of parking in driveway for two cars, three would have been tricky. Thanks for a great time!

We had a wonderful stay. The walk to the concert was about 2 miles however we were able to get Ubers earlier in the day. The pool was great and neighborhood was quiet.

Bachelorette weekend get away

We did a long weekend stay for a bachelorette. This house was perfect for our trip. There was plenty of beds, bathrooms, and space. We enjoyed the ability to be poolside for the day but close to the beach and downtown for when we wanted to adventure out.

Solid 4.5 stars!

The grounds were actually amazing. Perfect outdoor patio and pool space. The upstairs balcony was beautiful too. However, the space was not well stocked. There were no extra toiletries for us to utilize. Also the property manager forgot that I paid for early check in at 12PM and the property wasn’t ready by the time we arrived. No code was given to get into the house & there was a gardener still working on the pool I have to seek out communication to get the access code. For that reason, is was not a 5 star experience. But everything else was wonderful!

Brothers getting reunited

Truly enjoyed the home. Clean, great views, friendly neighborhood and surprisingly close walk (1/2 - 1 mile) to many restaurants and bars.

Do not recommend this property

The property owner/manager “Jessy” has 0 communication skills, very unresponsive. The moment we got to the house we messaged her through verbo, texted her and called her and she never returned our call/messages. The house had a bad smell the moment you walked in. It smelled like a gym and I think they knew that because they had fragrance plugs all over the house but they were all empty. We all got allergies in the house because it was dusty. The master bathroom had so many spiders and spider webs ( you would think that with the cleaning fee we pay we would get a cleaner house). There was no hand soap in any of the bathrooms, no trash bag and the wifi was not working. We were able to fix the wifi after a couple of times of unplugging and plugging it back in. Besides the cleanliness issue and the unresponsiveness of the owner. We were concerned after reading the lease policies and how parking in the street was prohibited when I specifically asked if there was enough parking for guests because we were having an event in the house. The main reason we booked this house was because it was the only one that said that events were accepted, and Jessy said that guests could park in the street. There is no street space!! And the policy says that it is not allowed. Someone was sent to fix the internet, but that was the least of our concerns because we had fixed it and all our other concerns were not addressed and again Jessy never responded. Aside from all the bad we made the most out of it, the location of the house is great very close to the beach, mall, and restaurants, but I’m sure that for the price we paid we could’ve stayed in another place with better customer service and cleaner.

No dock

Listing said we would have a private dock but when we showed up it was not available. It was taken down and roped off before we arrived. Had to reschedule a boat trip I had planned to pickup at our dock.

Great Place

House was great, plenty of places to sleep for a large group, pool is very nice, location is great, minutes from downtown and a short ride to the beach. Definitely would recommend and would stay again.

Nice house and great location

We enjoyed our stay at this property and definitely will come back. House was nice and could tell it has been updated. Pool area is very nice. If you bring a boat trailer I would suggest finding storage for it, I put mine in the driveway but it was very difficult to get it in with the narrow dead end road and cars parked on the street, that would be the only thing I change on my next trip.
