By the beach

The apartment is close to the beach. Parking is comfortable. The size of the room is good. Air condition works very well. The bed is comfortable. Suitcases fit nicely under the bed. I enjoyed my stay, and would definitely come back. Sincerely, Jörg Van Hooven.

Hollywood beach day

Attractive/remodeled one bedroom apartment very close to Hollywood Beach and steps from the boardwalk. Very comfortable bed and assigned parking space… Very important at Hollywood beach!

Motel in a great location

TLDR: come here for the location, not for luxury or amenities. Location: excellent, walking distance to the broadwalk and water taxi, great to have a parking spot as well. There is a courtyard with a little turf patch and plastic chairs which felt cheap. Unit: Good: renovated kitchen, nice basic seaside decor, the AC worked great. Easy to use the lock. Bad: it is a renovated motel, which I did not realize. The windows are tinted, which could help with privacy but make the unit claustrophobic. There is a very strong chemical smell, like cheap cleaning sprays, which was overpowering. There were some stains on the throw pillows, bath mat, and hand towels, and the sink in the kitchen was not draining. I wish they provided some water or snacks to make it welcoming. Sleep: I slept on the sofa and there were no extra blankets/sheets/pillows. Sleep was fair. My family was in the bedroom and they said the bed was uncomfortable and the bedding felt cheap. Overall I am rating this a 3 based mostly on location. I felt the price was high for the subpar accomodations.

Great, if you are not planning to cook and eat in the unit

This is an excellent location if you want to go to the beach and are planning to eat all of your meals out. The suite is just as pictured, nicely decorated with a comfortable bed and well equipped with beach towels and chairs, and plenty of items in the kitchen. However, there was clearly some sort of insect problem that left a constant stream of debris on the counter and stove. We would not have felt comfortable cooking or preparing any food there. I notified the manager the first morning about the insect problem and never received any response.

Great place, very comfortable!

This place looked like it had just been remodeled. New appliances, full size stove and very comfortable bed, everything we were looking for. About one block from the Broadwalk and the beech.

I want to come back to a good place! And especially when it gets better. This is my second visit to this hotel. Everything you need is in the room. The room is small, but you did not come to the ocean to sit in the room. Just sleep and take a shower. Just one minute walk to the ocean. All sorts of cafes nearby. But rent a car, because there is personal parking and it is very convenient. In the evening you can go to chic restaurants. Everything nearby is simpler, but the atmosphere is very friendly and cheerful. The choice is yours. As for the owners of the hotel, they are great and very friendly. If God allows me to come again to Miami, then I will stay only in Hollywood Beach and only in this hotel.

Great location

Felt like we were less than a block from everything - the beach, Nick’s bar (open til 4am), Margaritaville, Landshark, etc. Some electrical issues at the house and they had someone come right away to try to fix it. Ended up using an electric cord to run the bedroom AC and husband’s cpap. No money was given back but still a great place.

They Really Care!

Very clean, safe and exactly like advertised. They checked in with us and answered any questions we had almost immediately. I would highly recommend staying at the VRBO. Thanks for making my vacation awesome!

Great vacation

We were 100% satisfied with the whole package. The place was clean and organized. We will definitely stay here whenever we come to Hollywood beach. Parking is a huge plus. Communication with management is 2nd to none.

Great Little Aparment Full of Features

Apartment was exactly as pictured. Very comfortable with all amenities. Truly a great location close to restaurants and the beach. Property managers were very responsive. Would book again.
