Great stay

Great stay, 2nd time we've used this location and was very happy. Only negative this time was parking spot being taken and we feel there could've been quicker action with towing. Possibly was a different guest using 2 spots

Great stay

Great little place for a single traveler or couple. Small hiccup with check in, but man were they responsive. I will be back for sure. It really is the best location. 30 second walk to the Broadwalk and Nicks. Thanks

Condo stay

Lovely condo. Great location. Good service. We enjoyed our 2 week stay. Parking was sometimes a problem…being close to the beach, beach goers parked illegally in our spot. Not the fault of the owner but, a nuisance just the same. The only things we had anything bad to say about are the water pressure in the shower and the extremely loud air conditioning units…especially in the bedroom. Having said that, we did have a wonderful vacation.

Cute and close

Stayed here for a wedding at Margaritaville. Just a very short walk and we were there. Only a half block to the boardwalk. We had one issue with the AC unit, but they fixed it right away. Great communication with the property manager.

Location, location, great property, unit 6

This property was exactly as described and shown in pictures. We arrived late and had the code to the door that easily got us in. It was beautifully decorated, clean, cozy and comfortable. Can't say enough about the location. We took an Uber and then walked everywhere. We were steps away from Nick's and minutes walk to a ton of bars, restaurants and all the goings on at Margaritaville. The little courtyard was blocked off to the street by tall hedges which made it quiet and blocked almost all street noise. I was a bit worried about booking thru a service and not an individual but the communication thru this company could not have been better sometimes answering me in less than a minute. We had a small snafu and blew a fuse. They contacted me back immediately and all resolved right away. If I had anything negative it would be that we experienced some noisy neighbors and the walls were a bit thin. No fault of the company and we didn't notify them until after we departed. We just left and are already talking about our next trip back to this exact spot.

It was very close to the beach, very convenient to have a code for acces and not be scared you will lose the keys on the beach. We have many amenities close. The stuff was very easy to contact and help when was needed. Thank you

Perfect Beach Getaway

This quaint property is the perfect location for a beach escape. I loved that it was steps away from the ocean and nightlife, yet provided for a private place to unwind. The outdoor area was very relaxing and the room very clean. Communication was exceptional and hospitality was great. I highly recommend this rental for anyone seeking a small unit on the beach.

Close to the Boardwalk

We liked this place because it was a very short walk to the Broadwalk and they provided a lot of necessities: trash bags, dishwasher detergent, shampoo, conditioner, soap, toilet paper, hairdryer, iron, and beach towels, beach chairs and a beach umbrella (we didn't have a beach umbrella, but the people in the unit beside us did) The beach chairs we had were very uncomfortable, but I still give them kudos for providing them. Our unit was small, but it was advertised for 2 people. Daily there was someone there cleaning other units, and they always asked us if we needed anything. We had a nice vacation just being on the beach. Luckily it was beautiful weather all week, so we did not spend much time inside so the small quarters was not an issue. We will stay there again.

Lovely spot

Last minute booking, don't regret it at all. Room was super clean, bed was comfortable, location was steps from the beach. Our host was great, anytime I reached out I was answered within minutes. Two lovely ladies that were cleaning other rooms were super nice, friendly, and helpful. Definitely will come back, 200% recommend this place.

Great location, super clean

Property was clean upon arrival which is a big plus because I can't stand uncleanliness. Modern décor, great location, and a designated parking spot were all a plus for this vacation. Would recommend to anyone.

Very attractive one bedroom apartment a short walk to the Hollywood Beach boardwalk. The furnishings are new and the bed is divine. The property includes outdoor space for soaking up the sun and has a convenient laundry room. It's a great location for maximizing one's enjoyment of the beach, restaurants and other nearby entertainment.
