"We had a wonderful week. Our host (Roberta) took great care of us and made every effort to ensure our stay very enjoyable. She also cooked us a wonderful meal. The house was spacious and had beautiful garden fantastic views and a well tended infinity pool. Location was secluded but with close proximity to the towns on Lake Braciano and rail services to central Rome"

"We loved our time at the villa! What a beautiful home and grounds. Greeted by our host she gave us a guided tour of the home and the grounds and then took us to the local market for some groceries. That was so kind and one of the gardeners picked us up, which was so generous! He traveled by private car from the villa to Rome for our tours and days in the city. "This property is amazingly beautiful! The pool was clean & refreshing and was overall just wonderful. It was so worth it to stay here. Vittorio was super great at communicating and helping in anyway. There is a lemon tree by the pool that was so delicious to squeeze into water. "Simonetta’s Villa is beautiful, spacious and in a great location for a relaxing family get-away. The outdoor space is amazing - with a hot tub, ping pong table and bikes to keep our children entertained for hours. Everything we needed was within walking distance (grocery store, coffee/gelato shop, beach) which was awesome as we didn’t have to rent a vehicle to get around.
