Very clean, and well equipped for our family stay. Plenty of room to congregate and separate. Very much enjoyed the ability to walk to diner. Would definitely stay here again.

This trip was for my mother’s 70th birthday. We had a wonderful time & location is great! Clean condo and plenty of kitchen utensils if wanting to cook. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay!

It was the perfect place over looking the pool, ocean & pier. The condo was beautiful and more importantly CLEAN!! Our parents had stayed during their 35 years of marriage. Thank you for having the perfect place. We all truly appreciate you sharing your home with us. God bless you and your family.

This condo has so much to offer. Beautifully furnished, includes everything you could need. Location could not better - able to walk to Folly Pier and Center street. Communication was fast and thorough.

The property had lots of kitchen amenities/tools, including the wine fridge and separate ice maker, which was key for people like us who always run out of ice. Everything was basically clean, however, a good dusting of lamps, shelves and baseboards and window treatments, could push it over the top. The only other picky complaint I could think of is at least 2 more pool fobs. I can honestly say that when talking to other renters at the pool, we had the best space in the complex because people renting other units were saying they had no towels or knives, or things were broken, so this property was very good!

Condo was amazing, larger than we needed but loved having two bedrooms facing the ocean. Everything is top quality. Closest elevator was not working. Only working elevator was on other side of complex. It’s was a long walk for our physically impaired guest. Confirm ahead of time with management if this is an issue.

We followed the warmer weather and ended up heading to Charleston. We call it a discovery trip and look forward to visiting again. The condo was beautiful and had the view we were looking for!

Loved it all:The view, great outdoor patio funiture, decor, huge ice maker, top notch appliances, comfortable beds, and very clean. Very spacious! We found a hidden extra twin bedroom we weren't even told about. What a plus!!! We were pleasantly surprised with some extra condiments left in the kitchen + coffee, and a wonderful gift of an amazing jelly! Most everything is walking distance! Ritas had the earliest entertainment. Most other places started at 9. Great family vacation!!

My cousins and I enjoyed our time at Folly and loved the layout, location and amenities of this condo. We are all 50+ and it was the perfect pick! The property managers were easy to contact and we used the concierge to purchase our groceries. It was a great weekend!

The condo was so pretty. There were so many extras that we didn’t expect. Plenty of room for all 10 of us. Staff was so helpful and on the ball if we needed anything. Beautiful views. The ocean was right there. So many restaraunts and shops within walking distance. Would highly recommend for a place to stay. No one wanted to leave. Thank you so much for helping create great memories!

We enjoyed our stay at this perfect so well-appointed condo. It had the perfect amount of beds for my family. The house overlooking the beach and the new pier was so lovely. We definitely will stay here again. The management company was great, helping with some issues (all mine) so quickly. The beds >Perfect the bathrooms >Perfect. I cannot think of one thing that this place would need to add. They even have a separate Ice maker and wine fridge. We had a lovely stay; it was a little cold, but we managed to bundle up and go to the beach. (Try to look for shark teeth). Also, you can see the sunset from the pier. Book this place you will not be sorry.

The condo was extremely nice and large. We had plenty of room for 5 adults and 2 infants. Condo came equipped with many amenities such as an ice maker which is very convenient. Great location can walk to many restaurants. Unit was updated and very clean. We had a great vacation. Thank you!
